Since he is Noob only because of Scorpion murdering him over something he didn't do. If i was Noob I would be pretty pissed and take vengeance on Scorpion after being ressuructed. Its weird they haven't been rivals in any timeline and they both work under Quan Chi as well so it's not like they are unaware of eachother.
Maybe in the next game Scorpion and Noob will team up and kill Quan Chi after finding out the truth.

Noob Saibot no longer concerns himself with the issues of his former self.
He doesn't even regard Kuai Lang as his brother. Noob Saibot most likely doesn't care anymore that he died an undeserving death.
On another note, I would hate to see Noob Saibot go Kill Bill on Scorpion the way Scorpion does with everyone else. It's bad enough the yellow ninja can't let anything go. Do we really have to let another character go down the same road?

Noob likes being what he is now. It'd be more in-character for him to thank Scorpion for killing him.

Oh yeah that is true, actually kind of why I like Noob but what do you guys think of Noob and Scorpion becoming allies? maybe to kill Quan Chi or Sub-Zero

Noob may not hold a grudge, but Scorp probably still hates him. He's not really the forgiving type. Plus Scorp, unlike Noob, is really a good guy on the inside. He'd more likely team up with Kuai Liang to kill Quan.

Spoiler Alert?...

Probably because he believes Scorpion helped "perfect" him.

Hahaha I like that! Scorpion is fiery and furious on the outside but cool and chill in the inside! Plus Scorp, unlike Noob, is really a good guy on the inside.

Well Scorpion was always sort of a good guy until they started portraying his relationship to Quan Chi as a master-and-minion thing in vsDCU and MK9. He used to have a lot more autonomy, to the point where he even joined Kuai Liang's side in the original MK2 and 3.
He went to Hell when he died because he assassinated people for a living, sure, but he did it to support his family, unlike Bi-Han, who's always been just plain selfish and cruel. And Scorp believes in honor and occasionally showing mercy and shit like that. His alignment's always been "Neutral", not "Evil".

His Deception ending and his dialogue to Cyber-Sub in 9 both prove he remembers his old life, he just doesn't consider Kuai family anymore. The memories are there, but the emotional connections to them are severed.
