Think about it. Kitana is 10,000 years old, yet appears to be in her mid twenties-early thirties. In her original MK3 bio, it states 10,000 years after her death she's been resurrected, which would mean that Kitana was only a newborn when her realm was invaded and Kahn took Edenia by force. It would also explain why she grew up not knowing her family or her true past, as by the time of Sindel's suicide, she still would have been only an infant.
Considering she still has the same type of figure and body tone as her 10,000 year old daughter after being resurrected, I'm guessing she was around Kitana's current age (or probably a little bit older, maybe by another 5000 years approx, making her around 15,000 years old) at the time of her suicide, and was restored to the same level of fitness and strength she was at the time of her death when Shang Tsung re-animated her in the old canon (or when Quan Chi does so in the new canon).
That would mean she would have been roughly in her mid-late thirties in Earthrealm years, but died, and was restored back to the physique she had upon her death. In technical terms, she'd be roughly 35-40 upon her death, with another 10,000 years added on (Kitana's current age), so if we're to assume Kitana is in her mid twenties by Earth's standards, it would mean that chronologically Sindel is around 60-65 years old in Earthrealm years and around 25,000 years old in Edenian years despite having the shape and physique of a well toned, athletic woman in her mid thirties.

Anyway, Sindel, as stated before, would not have aged a single bit in between thetime of her suicide to her ressurection, and thus, kept most of her physique. With Kitana having been an infant when this occurred, Sindel had to be old enough to-
1.Have had a child with Jerrod. She was a infant, and Edenian timelines (i.e, pregnancy and such) would mostlikely differentiate.
2. Have grown to age of that before pregnancy. She didn'tjust get born pregnant.
That would add up to, say, 25 Eartrealm years? Throw Kitana's 20 earthrealm years on, and take account of Sindel's rebirth, Sindel is about 35-40 in Earthrealm years, leadin me to believe she is twice Kitana's age- 20,000 years. But Edenian science wouldn't be like our human science, so what do I know. The only real things we can take to trust her age is official documentation, like (User) Jerrod's memory of her being 100,000 years old to compare to Earthrealm, but most likely not exactly 100 grand, as that's just too coincidental. I'd suppose that it would be more distinct (like 101,363), but that's based on real facts and fanboy oinion together. feel free to disregard this, argue, or agree.
