I wish Skarlet had a better outfit. Her's is the worst in the game in my opinion. She's such a cool character, but she looks so god awful.

Even if they just took off the shoulder pads which are so out of place. Kenshi looks great all around. His outfit isn't amazing, but it's okay. It just really makes me look back at Skarlet and think "who designed this garbage outfit?"

Sigh.. I hate going to Mortal Kombat Wiki after this, just to see some asshole GUESSING the rest of the fatalities...

there is a lot of talk about this xray being he throws a sword.. maybe it's just me but did it look very much so that his xray is a counter of a projectile, like cage has a counter for being physically hit, it looks like kenshi has a projectile counter xray,, maybe just me.. anyone else??

Its not a counter/parry.

Its is reflect, if you notice he does it earlier in the video. He reflected her projectile then did the xray (I think because I don't remember seeing her projectile come back at her..)

EDIT: Double checked, its not a parry he deflected her projectile then did the xray.

darn.. i felt sooo smart.. i'm still going to pretend :D, whenever someone uses a projectile and i'm kenshi i will just use the xray, take the hit and use my xray just to feel smart :)

Just my thoughts really.

NRS gets my respect and i support this new direction they are going in.

There has been tons to unlock, tons of diversions and extra things to do. I fully support this. MVC3 i was bored and just just grinded it out for achievements.
But MK im not even half way through the roster yet and i still have scarlet and Kenshi and Rain and another to try and master. Rather than repackage the same game with an extra character and charge basically full retail they offer ongoing support to current game. Not abandoning it ah la MVC3 or forgetting SF4 because SSFIV is out hang on, were on SFIV AE now aint we or some shit.

They have given us free classic costumes (sektor/cyrax) and doing DLC characters from stratch and releasing nice and regular.

Thumbs up to NRS.

Well I'm super duper trooper excited for this trailer... Kenshi is a god. I shall main him and destroy all.

I never played Kenshi and the other games and never really liked him, but now I really, REALLY want to play him!

A little bit of interesting news:
If you go on Kenshi's MK Wiki page, scroll down to the bottom, and go to the last page of his gallery (picture 16(?)), I believe his shadow poster is shown.

It shows him in the Wasteland stage, using his mind to vertically slice his opponent in half with the sword. Very neat looking!

There's a watermark on the bottom left, and MK Wiki pictures never show up when you post links, so you'll have to check it out yourself, until it has been officially unveiled.

Never thoought this would be the case, but now Im actually looking forward to Rain a little more than Kenshi. Kenshis moveset actually looks wicked, style of play is very fitting, its just that he looks like he was going to play paintball and forgot his helmet. I 2939592th that these new chars. should all get nekropolis spots and at least one alt.

I got the season pass cuz im that haard to the core, now Im just hoping i dont regret it :S I'll still play the shit out of it even if the fourth DLC is Meat tho, so...raving is poinyless

I was a bit worried they weren't going to get Kenshi right, but they seem to have nailed it. He looks very quick and flashy and generally awesome. Really excited to play him, he's my favourite character.

Baraka is for me a perfect fighter. His intro, x-ray, win pose, brutal combos, specials and fatalities make him kinda perfect.

Some characters has really cool gameplay, but boring fatalities ( jade is a perfect example - i love her fighting style and prsentation but her fatalities ( ok, the staff impale is ok ) sucks

When i saw Kenshis trailer it was just one word which cam,e in my mind instantly... PERFECT! I will definitly play with him :)

baraka's not perfect. he's probably the worst character (gameplay wise) in the game. not hating on him, cause i love baraka. but nrs fucked him over in this game.
