Being from Brazil I'll tell you that a default type of Brazilian woman stereotype does not exist, at all.

This misconception happens because normally the girls that are "exported" have this kind of look. But compare models such as Gisele Bundchen, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio. One is stricktly white/european, the second has a mixed white/african look and the third one has more of a latino feel.

The country is really multicultural, so you will see some women like you describe, you'll see eastern looking women, completely white women, african looking women, etc. I get what you mean, but there is no default type of Brazilian woman with pre-defined traits at all.

True espio but that adds two female characters that have yellow eyes that shouldn't have had it in the first place. It's a minor complaint but it's a complaint nonetheless.

Personally, I'd hate it if she looked beautiful. That would be retarded. I mean, she's a half human/dragon monster, she should look like one. She should inspire dread and horror from the very pit of your soul like all the Shokans do.

But at the same time, I don't want her to look like a drag queen. And that is kinda how she looks. Every time I see her, I think of the ugly step sister from Shrek. Which kind of blows, as Sheeva's been one of my fav characters for years.

Well I think you misinterpreted me. I wasn't saying that all or most women in Brazil look like that. Brazil is a Melting pot like many other metropolis, so there is bound to be many different women. Even with a wide diversity of looks there is still looks associated with every country. To deny that is foolish. I've been to Rio and I do have to say the majority of the women that I encountered there had those features.

I don't think so at all. I think she's looked pretty feminine in each of the games she's appeared in. People just have this misconception that she is manly because she's a big four-armed Amazon. But her face has always been that of a woman. She was never really hot or beautiful, but if a man had her face, I would say he looks like a woman.

that photo of sheeva from the raiden vignette video, she looks very frightening. I would not want to fight her or see her in a dark alley, she looks like a true monster, not a hint of a human at all

Exactly. If you asked me what an ugly dragon beast from another realm would look like, the last thing I would say is "someone with a huge nose and defined, masculine chin who wears copious makeup and tacky earrings".

Remember those leaked sound files and one was rumored as Sindel well i listened to it again and now seeing sheeva's face i think it more suits her so maybe it was her voice not Sindel's. (hopefully)

I agree with you about the Rio part. But São Paulo, where I'm from, has totally different looking women. And most of the girls on the south part of the country are more similar looking to Sonya than Sheeva. Yeah, but I get what you mean.

Sheeva looks awesome haterz gonna hate! She always looked big and less girly than the rest of the females in MK and that is what makes her unique! She is a beast and she shouldn't look hot! She should look frightening!! And props to the team coz from what I have seen so far it looks like they accomplished that!
