I don't believe it's actually downloadable. I don't know how experienced some of you are when it comes to torrents, but after searching around for it, I didn't find one credible torrent that actually led to the game. Some sites will make it seem like they have it ready to download, but they are merely attempting to get you to sign up for their site, thus they advertise what you are looking for. It's not the case though, and they don't have it.
If anyone wishes to prove me wrong via pm or something, by all means go for it, but as of now I don't believe it.
As far as torrenting goes. Yeah, it's stupid to pirate a game that you want and not give money to where it's due. However, not all torrenting is for the purpose of stealing without paying etc. Say I torrent the game, I have already purchased the TE and gave a friend $40 for the KE extras...it's not like me torrenting the game is jipping them out of their rightfully earned money. Though, this is usually not the case, and people just take what they want and never pay for it etc.
Whatever the case, I still don't believe this to be legitimately leaked.
