I think they are counting that awesome X-Play reveal of hers were they show off her X-Ray as that kind of video, but, we all know it wasn't enough....even if it stirred up many pages and tons or positive reception:

The sounds of Cyrax and Sektor being hit is pure Sex for my ears!!! Something i've noticed though. Sektor started floating when he was tagged out and he had what looks like blue jets or lights on his body as he did so. Wonder what that is all about

In MKvsDCU, Sonya was my favorite opponent to go up against. I remember having some crazy matches, that Kitana (me) would usually come out victorius

I really enjoyed Liu Kang and his crazy combos + new "walk on top of the opponent and kick head" move. That looked pretty sweet.

My favorite part is the small bit of story mode we see between him and Johnny revealing their alternate costumes. I'm very excited to see what all of that is about.

I'm liking Johnny's suit and their moment reminds me (a lot) of their first meeting in the first film.

Actually you can blame Midway for the new characters thing. In MK4 and Deception there were original characters planned but Midway told them that they needed to add more newer characters.

Ugh.

It was simply perfect the way they used to do it before, revealing special videos of random characters once they were confirmed/revealed. Just look at all the hype for Noob. It was totally unexpected and got people talking like crazy.

Scorpion and Sub-Zeros many months, + Mileena's month and now Liu's isn't exciting. It's predictable and it gets a little too meh to see their reveals knowing already what they are going to be.

Anyway...I hope they go for something random and awesome for characters like Sindel, Jade, Ermac, Sonya, Kano, Johnny Cage, etc. Instead of a new reveal I want to see some focus on the ones that have already been confirmed yet seen very little of.

Something tells me that if there was a Sonya month right now,you wouldn't be bitching nearly as much. Amirite or amirite?

You're probably right. Although I personally loved the videos I've seen of Liu so far. The cool thing is that Raiden and Khan are next I'd think. Plus, next month is Pax East and I'm sure they'll be plenty of gameplay of all these revealed characters (including Sonya) so far.

That actually makes a lot of sense. The new characters in MK4 and MKD are just the kind of things someone would make after being told they had to do something new.

Next time tell them to do something GOOD.

But I guess I'm not gonna rush it either; I want to be 100% ready for the competition.

hahaha and trust me, the Edenian princess gets down! She will decapitate you after she's done toying with you or maybe a friendly kiss if your lucky...I guess not so friendly after all lol

I think Queve would be happier, but I know he's said in the past that he simply wants reveals done right (like the Noob Saibot video). None of this two-second blink and you miss it stuff like with Stryker. Or weird magazines in Russia that get the first look at Sonya.
