End... No one would care. This can be even hinted in CSZ arcade ending for example, if NRS isn't sure of him for the future.

If not they easily can restore him at the end of the next game and we will have Ninja Sub there as well... Just thinkg about him having a chapter starting as Cyborg but getting restored after it and you unlock Sub zero.

An idea I had a while back would be him finding the Dragon Medallion,
which could theoretically increase his innate Cryomancer magic to a level where it is capable of sustaining his body without his human organs. He could then remove all the cybernetics, reform his body with his new powers, and go on to do whatever Human Sub-Zero should be doing. Granted, he wouldn't be quite human, but better a superhuman than a robot, IMO.

I think the best thing to say here is... Why did NRS do this in the first place? I mean they should know it would piss a lot of people off and they supposedly say this is a FAN service game. So Why?

That's exactly what I want people to ask too when the game is finally released and we see this thing. I want someone to ask Ed why he did it, and what exactly he though he was accomplishing? That way he can't dodge it anymore, because the games released then so he doesn't have to worry about spoiling anything. I want to know why in the hell he would make such a stupid move.
