I can't wait to get it. It'll only be a few more hours till I get myself a copy. Though my only complaint about the Komplete Edition is that it truely isn't Komplete, seeing as the vita version will have extra content. Though, there's still hope of it being released as a DLC, withs is good.

Well, that's infuriating.

Ok, so I just got the game a few hours ago, and I haven't played MK9 before hand, but all costumes and characters were unlocked from the start. I don't know what extra content is in the krypt yet.

I also forgot that all fatalities are listed from the start.

There are no new costumes. Those are in the Vita version. Unless the DLC character alts came with the Komplete Edition (which I doubt.)

I refuse to be the breaker of claims or news, nor am I claiming to have any; Somebody else will have to play that role. I read something that had me wondering, but could be 200% false. I am in the same boat as you guys. A hyped fan. Going to pick mine up today.
I know NRS has been vocally upset before, so that is as far as I go here. I want to respect them and WB and whatever plans may be in the pipeline for their excitement and hard work.
I reflect back on seeing what news was broken before MK2011's release and I only feel terrible, like we are bloodthirsty sharks. Time to be more patient.
Edit: Got'em

Is there any possibility of NRS making a patch for the original edition that gives DLC characters spots in the Nekropolis and the other fixes, or am I really going to have to buy the same game again for that?

You'll need to buy the new edition.

Well, thanks for the response. I don't think I'm going to bother with it.

If you have the PS3 version...does it start a new set of trophies or are both versions under the same trophy list. In other words...do the Trophies show up twice or are they the same so we don't have to start all over getting them?

I believe they're the same 1 set of trophies.

I've noticed no site has dedicated any space to the kontents of the KE, so I am wondering if someone will scan the paper from the movie download then erase the code in a Paint program so I can add it to my site (see in my sig below)? Thanks. From both PS3 and Xbox please. Also the backs.
And what trailer for Legacy was released in this game, anything new? Thanks again.

I bought this version for the PS3 and it desynchronizes online. I restored my file system on the PS3 and disabled Media Server as per Sony's instructions; Warner Bros. had me delete the Data Utilities, re-boot the router and modem, and reinstall. Still not working. So I bought a used copy of the old game, downloaded all updates and patches, and it too desynched online. I've played MK9 on Xbox Live since last year on the same router-modem set up without issue. Anyone have experience with this?
