I didn't particularly like his MKA storyline. I mean being a demi-god is cool and all but only if he became a huge character, which unfortunately I don't see happening. I don't hate it, but I like the son of Edenia's General better. And actually I would like to see him as a villain who turns to a good guy after the revelation of the truth about his father. I think he would make a cool Edenian General in a later game.

I don't know know about the Argus stuff, cause, I, for hope that Taven and Daegon never see the light of day in this timeline. But I do like the son of a god story. Who knows? Maybe Raiden fathered a little bastard child with an edenian sometime before the events of mortal kombat.

Wow, this is kinda funny considering rain started out as a joke character, made to fit into the story as a hydro ripoff, allowed some sort of vacation, and finally made it as a very loose "prince"(pun intended) who's 10,000+ years old?
