I also love the Tanya love! I've been a huge fan of hers ever since MK4. I hope she is added to the iconic roster for good sometime soon. Love the pic! I wish it covered just a little more of her lady parts, however. It's almost slipping out on the sides. Otherwise, awesome!!

Damn I hope the NRS sees this and works with that design for Tanya as DLC and somehow credits ya for it; she's definitely a fan-favorite with excellent unique fighting style/moves just hope that she regains her boomerang somehow and let Sindel keep her fireballs separately.

Maybe for a remade fatality, she could pull out a few ribs instead; taking two and stabbing through the back of the head with the eyes hanging on the ends of the bones in the front, then slowly lift up until the head is half-way decapitated at mouth level and we see their tongue flapping.

Killer job on Tanya, I prefer her MK4 look, but you really nailed it. I'm very confident she'll be DLC, she's in the top 5 DLC spot from that poll we did recently and she's one of the few characters, who would be the perfect bridge to MK4. I would love to see her transition from a regular Edenian into an ally of Shinnok and Quan-chi

Her MKD primary was not too revealing, but it was still sexy. That's why I like so much.

This is true, but I've *always* wanted her to have a ninja-style alt with a mask. It could be an allusion to the fact she was originally Kitana in the early days of MK4.

I don't understand why you would want that. Tanya is not a palette swap. She's not a ninja. She's not an assassin. If anything, she is a sorceress, using fire as her chosen element of power.

There are plenty of potential explanations for a ninja-style alt, but my favorite is the notion that Tanya was, at one point, in training with Jade. I know this is fanfic, but I like the idea. Also, no need to complain about "pallette swaps"- in this day and age, all of the former palette-swaps have their own unique look.

I made, The Tanya Thread some time ago. There are a of ideas and input about Tanya that you should see.

That's amazing. She was never one of my favorites, but I really like this design. I'd play as her for sure, especially with my new love for Mileena (who was probably always my favorite female character anyway, but after the demo I really like her).

You're very talented, would love to see more work. Perhaps a dark version of Reptile in his MK2 gear?

And yes, I think:

1) She has huge potential.
2) She got an awesome new look in MKD (primary) that is easily one of my favorite design out of all the "female ninjas".
3) She needs to be fleshed out even more. MK4 did her well, and MKD expanded her even more. I'm glad she was included.

I hope to see her return for the next MK. I don't want her in as DLC because I don't want them to screw up/change the storyline even more for the sake of including post mk3 characters.
