WOW.........I am actually extremely surprised to see so much hate towards the run button. I thought it was a popular addition among fans...? Wasn't it even praised by reviewers and critics?

Personally, I loved it and I really enjoyed using it. I thought it looked cool and it was a lot of fun.

But to be honest, I wouldn't miss it if it doesn't return (again). I do prefer it over the dash though.

I'd like to know how this will affect moves like F,F punch etc.

Either they've dropped all specials using F,F or B,B or their is a delay to allow for a button hit for a special before the dash animation.

I agree with the fact that the dash looks very silly but I still want to keep the dash move rather than getting the run button.

This is why I really hope they just step-up to quarter circle motions. It's only one more directional input and it relieves a lot of annoying issues.

no to the run. we do not need it. plenty of moves zip you across the screen. its very silly to judge the movement of the game based on people who do not know how to play it @ testing events. when the developers play the game it is so much better.

I hear the moves are like so:

Back. Foward some attack bottom

and so on.

kinda like deadly allaince.
