Li who?

I think she falls in the "Too Young" category with Kira.

Deff. one of my favourite characters post mk3. She was so friggin fast in MKDA MKD and MKA, imagine how fast she would be in this game. My fav fatal with her is the pressure points, Really want her as dlc along with:
Rain
Tanya
Mavado
Nitara
Sareena
and Reiko

I was never a fan of hers,but I must admit,she has some potential,though in this timeline she will be too young to fight,even as DLC (but she is from Outworld,maybe she is already grown up).

As for fighting ideas,I don't know,never saw something special,she had only these purple projectiles.NRS can do A LOT with this girl.

She might be young, but then again, she's an Outworlder. I'm, pretty sure they don't age the same way we do, lol.

I'm sure she'll be relevant when Queen Mileena starts raising hell in Outworld and Edenia.

I'd be in favor of Li Mei dlc, I also wouldn't mind Bo' Rai Cho.

That enough makes Li Mei relevent, should Mileena become Queen of Edenia and Outworld. Li Mei definitely has to be back for MK10.

I'm actually a big fan of Li Mei's. I wouldn't mind her returning at all. Especially if she's got anything akin to her two really amazing Deception outfits.

I too would actually be interested in seeing Li Mei for DLC. The Pressure Points would be really cool to see as an X-ray. I also felt her movelist was appropriate for her character, and really wouldn't need to be revised too much. She was one of the better post MK4 characters, along with Kenshi

Li Mei is one of my top five characters story-wise. If she was in this game, she'd instantly be my counter-pick.

I'd love Li Mei to be DLC. I don't give a fuck if she's too young. She doesn't even need a story. I'll take anything I can get of the character.

I only like her MKDA primary, and MKD alt.I don't care for her bikini outfits.

I feel the same way. If anything, I felt that her MKDA primary was her best outfit.

I also liked her MKDA primary, sexy yet not too over the top.

Her MKDA primary is her only good outfit, the rest are trash.

Absolutely love LI MEI!! I dont think she would be too young since she's from Outworld.

One of my favourite characters. Her MKD alt is my favourite female design ever. Actual armour, proper leggings, not entirely degrading? Incredible.



I wouldn't mind seeing it again, though the purple could be toned down a bit, maybe black pants instead. But it probably wouldn't be fitting, story-wise, for her to have any armour yet. Updated versions of her MKD and MKDA primary outfits would be nice, I'm a fan of the bandana.

Gameplay wise, she needs to be very acrobatic and quick, lots of punches. Her flying fists move is great, so are both the flip kicks. The projectile should come out of her fist. And give her Cyrax/Darrius's spin kick move, it's too cool to not be in the game.

In terms of story, we have no idea how Outworld characters age. She might be nearly the same age during this game as she is in MKDA. Not quite sure how she could really fit into this story, though there's no reason she couldn't just have a non-canon appearance, and then show up properly in the next game.

Thinking about characters like Li Mei makes me think about all the story potential that was wasted by doing this reboot. I had always imagined that she would go on to become a new staple, along with the likes of Kenshi and Bo' Rai Cho. Oh well.

So yeah, I definitely want more from Li Mei. Maybe put her in a DLC pack with Bo' Rai Cho.

except that li mei is an incredibly bland, generic, terrible character. believe me, she will be very, VERY low on nrs' list of priorities for dlc.

Yea she does need to make a return I loved her acrobatic kicks especially the front flip kick :p
