I really hope they do a lot with his water powers. Many of the characters have fire abilities but Rain is the only one with water. So it would be very interesting to see. My thought for a fatality is Rain holds the victims mouth open and shoots water in them and the swell and swell and swell until they rupture and then disintegrate onto the floor.
