I've seen the vote results and the #1 asked DLC was Rain!!! A few weeks later, the first characters confirmed as DLC were Kenshi and Skarlett. What could this mean? I'm thinking Rain is a secret character which, luckily, has been kept hidden well, just like the old days when you fought Reptile, Smoke, Jade, and Noob Saibot. I'm pretty confident Rain is a secret character that may be unlockable. Why would Boon reject the fans' #1 requested character?
