Somehow I can't imagine people like Sonya, Jax, Liu Kang or Johnny Cage wearing a mask..

They can't just make them unmasked, they need to change their clothes too, Sub-Zero could have what he did im Mk Deadly Alliance.

To me the only ninjas who should be unmasked are those who have been unmasked in previous games. They could have those as alt. outfits.
