I think that label's just on the box so there's no uproar about side boob or revealing outfits on display by over conservative members of society who normally frown upon that sort of stuff. The funny thing is that characters (both male and female) have been amazingly over sexualised the last 20years and that especially applies to the comic book world. You'd swear people would have gotten used to it by now! lol :P

I honestly doubt we're going to see some renegade peen falling out of Shao Khan's pants nor are we likely to see some Shokan Lady Bits when Sheeva takes a few hits.

that would be 'brief nudity' i think.

Partial means 'partially exposed'. So a girl completely naked but covering her breasts and crotch with her hands would still classify as partial nudity.

A few years ago (In England) you had ratings that did actually determine things a lot clearer in that department. It would say brief/protracted topless/full frontal nudity, for example. Nowadays they just kinda give you the basic hints.

Well, for a little perspective, "Partial Nudity" is the rating that the Dead or Alive games get. Y'know, the ones with the little bikinis?

I'm guessing all but 2 people on this site need the explanation. ;P
