You see, as Scorpion is being used as a proper noun, it needs to be capitalized to make sure you're talking about the Shirai Ryu and not the arachnid.
As MK9 is an acronym, it should be fully capitalized. Same goes to Injustice: Gods Among Us.
You did not capitalize "dc guy", and he's well known for comic books in general (he's even going to be playable in the LEGO Marvel game that's coming out.) He spans far past DC, but enters pretty much all of pop culture as an icon of all nerdiness.

Now, on to your comment about the awful, "mediocre" designs used in MK9. I have no idea what you're talking about. The designs were amazing and classic, based on the orginal MK1 and MK2 designs, with MK3/UMK3 being used where needed. Though some designs were outrageous (Smoke having hair on par with Sindel's), they were still great and went with the characters well.

Yes now they're at nrs they have no excuses. New beginning new start. But there's not much creativity, how can there be if its same people making the game over and over again? The only creative thing i would say nrs has done was let a dc guy design scorpion. That was creative and a nice change. That is what i am asking for more creativity. If nrs know what they're doing there'll be other opportunities in future for Mk x like they did with letting a dc guy designing scorpion - someone outside nrs doing something for Mk. I have a problem with the character designs because America likes to oversexualise things. It needs more European flavour because uk is the most classy. And Sweden is the most creative. The London fashion week is much better than los Angeles fashion week and new York fashion week. Paris is the most fashionable so yeah Mk could do with more European flavour.




I think the costumes in document is better than anything Mk produced because it's made by top fashion designers from around the world such as Giorgio Armani, Versace, Chanel, Hugo boss etc. These designers can go all out on their costumes because they have no budget constraints. That's why there's a fashion week every week where hundreds travel to see the latest and best trends in fashion. Game designer don't have the same scope as top fashion designers. Also the budget for costumes were pretty much little to nothing in anything Mk has done. I went through Mk 1, mk2, mk3, mk4, Mk shaolin monks, Mk mythology subzero, Mk deadly alliance, Mk deception, Mk armageddon, Mk vs dc, mk9, Mk konquest tv show, Mk legacy season 1, Mk the journey begins, Mk special forces, Mk defenders of the realm and found zero creativity in costumes. I haven't gone through Mk movie 1 (1995) and Mk annhilation (1997) movie but I'm guessing it was low budget costumes.





Here are some costumes that could be good if you take creativity from top designers in document. Sonya in Mk legacy episode 1 & 2, Sonya in Mk defenders of the realm episode 6, red Sonya in mk4, Kitana in defenders of the realm episode 10 & 13, Kitana in Mk legacy episode 4 & 5, Kitana in Mk konquest tv show episode 5 & 12 (Why did they change Kitana in episode 12... Episode5 Kitana is much prettier).

If they would have had some guy at Blizzard creating his costume in the same manner as you see the tier sets for the WoW classes, then I'd say that'd be more of a difference.
