If an HD Shaolin Monks game did really well, and since they already had Fire and Ice in production evidently, then there's no reason they shouldn't make it. Eh? Does NRS even comprise of the employees at Midway Los Angeles?... because they are the ones who developed MKSM and more than likely the same who were doing Fire and Ice.
Does the current NRS team even possess the knowledge behind both games to pull that off? I don't think they do. ESPECIALLY now that the new consoles are coming out and Fire and Ice was designed on old and shitty technology. They'd have to (almost) start from scratch.
When I said that it was in production, I meant as far as the story goes and gameplay for it and what not. Obviously it would come out for next-gen consoles, and they would have to make adjustments to the original idea, but nonetheless, I feel the basic idea is there and they should be able to go through with it if they wanted to.
I'd just like to know what NRS is gonna do next at this point. It's been a while since Injustice dropped and I'd hope that they were at least working on something new.
