I would definitely want to see baraka come back, he is like one of my all-time favorite mk characters. his story could be like his ending, chasing down that traitor mileena! that would be FRICKIN' SHWEET!

If I had to choose one over the other, I'd definitly rather see Mileena come back.

She's finally reached a turning point in her story and is trying to take her own power. Doing this automatically makes her an enemy of not just Baraka, but Onaga, Shao Kahn, and any other bad guy who wants to rule Edenia. I want to see Mileena as the outside bad guy for a while, trying to defend herself from the other evil characters conspiring gainst her.

One in paticular I'd like to see Mileena feud with is Tanya. I think it'd be interesting to see the two evil bitches of Mortal Kombat at each other's throats for the Edenian throne. What I would find interesting there, is since Mileena is a somewhat sympathetic charcater, while Tanya is not at all, she would become the lesser of two evils. I'd think that'd be interesting role Mileena's not used to.

And even if Mileena can keep her rivals at bay, she can't keep Edenia under control for long. Sooner or later someones going to figure out Mileena's not Kitana. The real Kitana, Sindel, and Jade are still alive and besides, sooner or later someone from the Edenian army is going to notice "Kitana's" odd behavior.

And after being ousted by the Edenia army, Mileena will be on her own and an enemy of....everybody. We'd see her go rogue and just trying to survive.

And who knows, maybe even further down the line, Mileena may slowly start to let go of her hatred of Kitana and just maybe...reform?


I wouldn't mind if Baraka came back.
Could have him pissed that Mileena screwed him over and have him stalk her for a while bent on revenge. He could even team with Tanya against her.

Also, according to Gamecube, Shao Kahn no longer holds the Tarkatans in his favor. So when Onaga's destroyed, Baraka is going to be an enemy of Shao Kahn and Goro.
We could see Baraka go rogue and an enemy of everybody. As an enemy of Shao Kahn and the Shokan, maybe Baraka will be forced to form an alliance with....Kitana?
Imagine how Mileena'd react to that?


I'd like to see them both come back, but if I had to choose, I'd go with Mileena. Her story has much farther to go than Baraka's, IMO.

I love them both, but if I had to pick 1:

Mileena.

She has so much potential! Now more then ever after her so triumphant return in MKD.

Well,it's a hard choice.
Baraka:I like him WAY better than Millena and I was always better with him.
Millena:She has a LOT of storyline pontintial,although she can't stand alone(as potrayed by UMK3) and is just a clone with no blades out of her hands.
I never really liked Milleana.(she must have baraka AND kitana on her side to be good in a MK game)

The Verdict:Baraka

I could imagine Mileena becoming a force of here own. Baraka would wage war against Mileena for her treachery and that could spark a war between Outworld's army against the Tarkatan armies. Mileena would feel so vigorious fighting alongside troops who would gladly give their life for her. It would also add on to her jealousy of Kitana. Mileena could cripple Baraka's army and force the Tarkata to retreat back into Outworld to regroup. Baraka would abandon his army and track Mileena down personally.

I also think that because of Mileena's victory she could become power hungry and would want to do what she was born to do, replace Kitana and become the Queen of Edenia. I think that would be a nice twist to her story. It would also develop Kitana's story now that she is back from Onaga's possesion. Mileena and Baraka's stories could go in a number of ways. My idea is only one, and I would love to hear more possible theories and discuss some new moves and such that could be planned out for this characters.

I would like to see Baraka have a move where he spins his blades in a circle, similar to Kung Lao's whirlwind spin back in the classic Mortal Kombat games. But Baraka's blade spin move would make him travel instead of standing in one place. The attack would knock the opponent back and onto the floor.

As for Mileena I would like her to use her teeth in one move, perhaps a bite move? The opponent would stumble around and leave himself open for a good hit.

Mileena.

Baraka is a very unique character in appearence and the Tarkata are very interesting but storywise Baraka is extremely shallow. Theres no depth. Time and time again he allies himself without whatever boss we have in MK. Now I really like Baraka, don't get me wrong but be it a choice between him and Mileena...I'd say Mileena.

Mileena has so many different attributes to her. She's coy and she winks and she twirls and she laughs and she's naughty. Then she removes the veil and tears your face off. Why? Cause she's classy!!! Her whole look is so intriguing. Her beautiful eyes and her silky hair and curvy body just leads up to the shock of her mouth when she reveals it. In every game, although you know what's under there, Mileena will still have you staring at her teeth. As a character her desire to please nobody but herself is fantastic. She retains attributes from Kitana (the ability to ally) and attributes of Baraka (the ability to doublecross) and that could be really interesting if she allied with someone like her. Like Tanya. Also her insanity mixed with her ferocity in battle is what could make her an unstoppable force in Mortal Kombat and a great candidate for Mortal Kombat's first female boss.
