I would imagine there is still a base offline challenge tower like mk9 and if you're online they just add new challenges. For the clan thing you just pick what menu style you want.

Hoping we can join a newly formed Shirai Ryu or something lol guess ill go with Brother Hood Of Shadow if we cant though.

As for challenge tower, im excited, but I hope we aren't required to be online to fully complete it or to get the trophy for completing it. I have a love hate relationship with Challenge Tower/Star Labs, I completed them all and it was fun for the most part, but one or two of them shits were cheap as fuck lol

All this Lin Kuei clan ish' got me rehyped for cyborg potential. It doesn't even have 2 be Cyrax. Just a dope ass robot with lasers and missiles. Fuck it, make Wall-E be a guest character. I just need a robot.

To be honest, I am slightly disappointed with the choices here. I know it's just an online mode but I really wish the Shirai Ryu were included here. If they were, that would be my choice. And I guess the Red Dragon are going to be entirely forgotten now?

I hear that. Honestly though? I think I'd rather have Sonya, Cassie, AND Cage rather than Jax.

Hopes aren't too high for the Challenge Tower due to MK9's ultimate "really cool" (Eff yew Boon) prize, but who knows? As long as there's some friggin' decent awards.

The clans are intriguing, but that's only an online thing isn't it?

So when and IF I can, I'm going with the Brotherhood, or maybe White Lotus. I just need to see this roster first, as well as play with the characters who are in their respective clans.

Allegiance is a way to team up players and not characters...You could rack points for the Special Forces team using any character you please. It wouldn't otherwise make sense to restrain the character options to the player. We should have more info on this soon anyways...

I wonder how drastically the UI overlays will change depending on the faction, and if you'd be able to change it if you aren't happy with the look.
