It wasn't so bad back then. They were bountiful lol, but I just stood by the team's "It's more of just a fun "what if" scenario."

I didn't see it as a retcon, i saw it mostly as a filling-the-blanks we didn't know were missing kind of thing. With the obvious exception of the ending/Quan Chi/amulet business, because by then he would already have had the amulet according to MKMSZ. Even Jade's death could have been canon (assuming Shao Kahn or someone had her resurrected - that would explain why her body disappeared if you ever return to that spot.)

I think were getting a playable Kombat Pack 3 at E3 and possibly a remastered Shaolin Monks !!!!!
