Triborg is his own character. The announcer will say 'Triborg wins' and he's Triborg during intros (no specific variation intros I guess). Brian Chad said this on his Twitter account. He also said that Sektor should be the first variation you see when you put the cursor over Triborg's slot.

Maybe triborg is the lin kuie grand master. Hes the most advance cyborg.

I'd give him a skateboard and sunglasses. Also he doesn't take any guff from the man.
