As said in the thread title, if there isn't a third Kombat Pack, then any ideas posted in this thread can be used for future games. Anyway...

Stryker

Revenant design: An evil-looking version of his MKA alt. I'm also thinking of him looking like Dr Weir in the last scene of Event Horizon.

Prison Guard variant: Stryker is equipped with that huge plasma cannon from MKM: Sub-Zero's prison level, as well as those guns from the Bridge of Immortality level that fired those green projectiles.

X-Ray (could also suit Cassie in a future game): Stryker swings his baton with such force that it makes the opponent turn around, then he shoots them in the butt, which would be X-ray'd. We see their pained facial expression before they grab their butt and jump in pain, then Stryker tackles them. Holding his baton by both ends, he holds his foe by their neck and knee them in the back of the head.

The buttshot part was inspired by the movie Bad Boys 2.

Baton sweep brutality: the enhanced version of that move from MK9 that ends with Stryker bashing his opponent's head to death. We'd see brains and blood leaking on the ground.

Intros

Vs Jason: You have the right to remain silent.

Vs Leatherface: Are you a fed?

To conclude, Stryker's brutalities should always be referred to as Police Brutalities.

Ashrah's X -Ray: Her whole body glows X-Files-style, temporarily blinding the opponent. We'd get an X-Ray visual of their optic nerves getting overcharged with electricity, and their eyeballs filling themselves up with blood.

Ashrah would follow this by stabbing her voodoo doll and stabbing it in the abdomen, simultaneously injuring her opponent in the appropriate parts.

I know the first part wouldn't make sense on Kenshi, but it'd hardly be the only unrealistic thing in MKX.

Nitara's X-Ray: Done in the air, Nitara dives at her opponent to grab them, flies upward, then bites them in the neck. The bloodsucking part would be X-ray'd, and it'd regenerate her health.

She then drops them, and upon landing, tears into their abdomen Mileena-style.

Sindel's X-Ray: She wraps her opponent in her hair and crushes their body, then she screams loudly in their ear, bursting the eardrum.

Fatality: Similar to her migraine fatality from MK9, but we see blood leaking out of the opponent's ears, nose and mouth before their head explode David Cronenberg-style.

Sweet Tooth

In order to differentiate him from Jason and Leatherface, he should use a few weapons from the Twisted Metal games, and ice cream cone-shaped drills.

Special moves

His mines from PSABR

Ricochet bomb

Drill, where he charges at his opponent.

Air Drill, where he thrusts it downward.

Brutality: Drills into the opponent's abdomen until it reaches the ground, and we're left with the visual of what looks like a giant ice cream cone stuck in the opponent.

Juggling fireballs: Self explanatory.

Brutality: the opponent is lit on fire by the first ball, engulfed in flame when the second one hits, and reduced to fried bones and ashes by the third.

X-Ray: ST stuns them (doesn't matter how), then he gets into his truck and runs them over, shattering their ribs and knocking them backward, then he runs them over again, leaving tire tracks on their skinless model. Still alive, they rise their arm trying to get up but ST kicks them in the face.

C+P'd from another thread.

Sheeva -
Capoeira - Sheeva gains a handstand stance in this style, this is meant to result in more speed and less power.

Hydra - Sheeva has rapid fire punches in this style. Kinda meant to be the "default".

Greakan - Sheeva looses her fireballs for more throws, throw combos and counters (name is meant to look like Greaco Roman)

Skarlet -
Vampire - Skarlet gains moves that restores her health and enhanced moves buffs her speed or strength for a short period. She looses the extra reach of her swords though.

Slice n' Dice - Skarlet's twin ninjato swords are always drawn out.

Coagulation - Skarlet gains moves that give her armour like status but she looses manoeuvrability.

It would be cool if they included the Grand Master of the Lin Kuei, Oniro. A ninja who can morph into animals. He could morph into a panther or eagle like he did in the cartoon. He's thought to be dead, so it would be nice to have him randomly show up.

I loved... I cried...

Revenant Stryker would be cool. I've said before that I'd like to see swat gear, n a riot shield, spiky like rev. Jax. Add a shield ram move n we're good.

Sektor already killed the Grandmaster that was his father, but Deception's Konquest mode showed there were more than one Grandmaster, so maybe. Oniro also had a Kano eye, iirc.

Would love the idea of the Black Dragon getting a refresh with big daddy Kano behind bars. Kano's son, Kabal, Tremor, Kira, and Kobra forge a new Black Dragon, hell bent on destroying Red Dragon and SF.

Drahmin & Moloch

Variants: Tormentor (Drahmin), Destroyer (Moloch), Oni (Both).

In the Oni variation, pressing the stance button twice allows you to switch Oni. Certain special moves require you to be playing as a specific Oni.

Both Onis' special moves, in the Oni variant, see both Oni attacking them the opponent. Here's a few examples below:

Drahmin's spinnin' club attack: In the Oni version, Moloch tries to sneak up on the opponent only for Drahmin to hit him accidently. Angered, Moloch tries to hit Drahmin but the latter dodges. Before their opponent hits the floor, Moloch strikes them and send them flying in Drahmin's direction, but Drahmin knocks their foe down with his club.

Enhanced version: Drahmin and Moloch pretty much play Tennis using their opponent as a ball.

Brutality: They play Tennis until their victim dies from repeated trauma.

Drahmin's MK:DA throw: In the Oni version, Drahmin and Moloch each steps on one of their opponent's feet, and take turns making their opponent bounce off the floor by knocking them down with their respective weapons.

Brutality: One side of their victim's head gets busted open so bad that brains and blood leak on the ground, and the same thing happens to the other side of their head. Eventually there's nothing left of their head. Drahmin and Moloch then yell at one another for not leaving enough brains to eat.

Moloch's vacuum move; In the Oni version, Drahmin's the one sneaking up on their opponent when he accidently gets sucked in along with them. The opponent gets crushed by both Oni's weights.

Here's my idea:

Robocop

Bio:

"Officer Alex Murphy was the victim of a brutal shooting at the hands of one Clarence Boddicker. His fate may have been worse than death: Murphy's body was transformed by megacorporation Omni Consumer Products (OCP) into the personification of what an authority figure was: the cyborg known only as Robocop.

Since Robocop's inception, Detroit has seen a major decrease in criminal activity. That was, however, until a mysterious emergance of regular looking thugs with not-so-regular attributes such as enhanced strength, speed and endurance.

Robocop, after a particularly persuasive interrogation, learned that OCP had been supplied by an unknown source the technology to visit other worlds. Heading to this place of interest, Robocop searched the data files and discoverd that the OCP had been sending petty criminals through an ominous portal in order to expose them to alien environments.

Somehow, the same crooks re-emerged with super-human qualities from other dimensions. Unable to find a means of shutting this vortex down, Robocop decided that the only way to stop this is to find the source, even if it means traveling to uncharted territory."

Special Moves: Straight Shot - A simple firing of his gun.
Straight Barrage (EX) - Robocop fires twice.
Walk - Robocop marches towards the opponent.
Fire (during Walk) - Shoot opponent while walking. Can be done 3 times.
Protect (during Walk) - Robocop crosses his arms in a guarding fashion. 2 points of super armor.
Choke (during Protect) - If connected, Robocop grabs the opponent's neck and tosses him/her.
Fire (during Protect) - Robo can surprise-fire the opponent.
Data Spike (during Walk) - Robocop performs a short-range dash punch with his Data Spike.
Data Spike (during Protect) - Same as above.
Walk (EX) - Robo walks twice the speed.
Fire (EX) (during Walk) - Robocop fires twice each shot.
Protect (EX) (during Walk) - 4 points of super armor.
Choke (EX) (during Protect) - Grabs neck, punch, headbutt then toss.
Fire (EX) (during Protect) - Fires twice.
Data Spike (EX) (during Walk) - After connecting, Robocop pulls out the Spike, jams it back in, then throws him/her to the other side.
Data Spike (EX) (during Protect) - As above.

X-Ray Attack: Dead or Alive - Holding the opponent's hand, Robocop pulls him/her toward and headbutts them, breaking their skull. Next, as the opponents staggers, Robocop pulls them in again and connects his Data Spike in their eye. Finally, he pulls them in a third time and performs a Chokeslam, shattering the spine.

Fatalities:

No time to Comply - Essentially a recreation of the infamous ED-209 scene. Robocop pulls out the ED-209 minigun and fires mercilessly, with chunks of the opponent flying off.

Can you fly? - Robocop straps his jetpack from the third film onto the opponent and sends them hurtling out of control before they fly up offscreen. As the "Robocop Wins: Fatality" message is displayed, he/she suddenly lands next to Robocop, exploding.

I'll have to come up with his fighting styles later.

Terminator

*Long post ahead. Contains spoilers about the Terminator movies*

Intros: The Terminator would be silent, and we'd get a POV shot of it scanning it's opponent, obtaining information about their race and their threat level.

Variation ideas: T-800, T-1000, TX, T-5000 (John Connor).

Designs: Every designs from the movie. Variations shouldn't affect the design, meaning Arnie can be the TX, and Robert Patrick the T-800, etc.

Post-Match taunts for the Arnie version (which the Predator should mimic)

"Fuck you, asshole"

"Chill out, Dickwad"

"Bite me"

"No problemo"

X-Ray: Parry move where the Terminator grabs it's foes' hand, breaks it, then throws them against an invisible wall, shattering their spine. It then shoots them in the back of the head while they're down.

Special moves (T-800)

Grenade Launcher: Regular grenades for the regular version, ice rounds for the enhanced one.

Hasta la Vista, baby: Brutality that is done after freezing the opponent and using any attacks. The Arnie version says the classic line just before shattering it's opponent.

Bullets n' shells: Based on the scene where it killed Lance Henriksen's character in the first movie. You press the enhance button right at the end to fire the shotgun, which comes with those awesome booming sounds from the first movie.

Brutality: It leaves little holes and a big one in the opponent.

Mini-gun: self explanatory. The brutality makes a big bloody mess.

T-1000 special moves/Brutalities

Little Piggy: Based on the scene where it killed that cop by stabbing him in the eye. For the brutality, the victim twitches and makes those disturbing snorting noises before the T-1000 let go of them.

Eat this: Blade through the mouth.

Lance: Based on the T: Genisys scene where it cut off part of itself to use as a lance.

T-5000 (John Connor) SM: Going through. from the fight scene in Genisys where JC went through Arnie, and was followed by those shadows.

That's it for now.

Sitting in a hospital room...here's some Robocop dialogue intros to kill the time.

Jax: A little overdone, don't you think?
Robo: I had no say in the matter.
Jax: Tell me about it...

Johnny: You look staight out of a movie.
Robo: I am unfamiliar with today's films.
Johnny: "Best of Cage box set" comin' up!

Ermac: Your soul...We cannot sense it...
Robo: I am machine, nothing more.
Ermac: This is not right...

Kano: The hell you supposed to be?
Robo: I am the officer of the law.
Kano: Tch. Figures.

Sub-Zero: The Lin Kuei was destroyed.
Robo: I am no ninja.
Sub-Zero: Of course. That would be ridiculous.

Sonya: Finally, back-up.
Robo: How may I assist?
Sonya: How tough is your shell?

Quan Chi: You would be a valuable ally...
Robo: I do not associate with scum.
Quan Chi: You wound me.

Bo: Do you drink?
Robocop: I consume paste only.
Bo: Like baby food?

Leatherface: Raaagh!
Robo: Your family's crimes end here.

Cassie: Where can I get your armor?
Robo: You cannot.
Cassie: I'd buy that for a dollar.

Sheeva's X-Ray: She tears into her foe's thighs with her lower hands, then tears their tendons and muscles, and she crushes their pecs with her upper hands.

Kintaro's X-Ray: He kicks his foes across the screen with such force that they're sent flying at ludicrous speed and crash into an invisible wall, breaking every bones in their bodies.

Kintaro then jumps high in the air, lands on his opponent and stomps them repeatedly. He concludes by then picking them, lifting them high up, and throwing them down violently.

Kintaro roars!

Another X-Ray idea for either one of them: Meatball.

The Shokan grabs her/his foe with all four hands, and rolls them up by snapping their legs backward MK4 Sub-Zero style with both of their right/left hands, then positions their head between their thighs with her/his other two hands by breaking the opponent's back.

Afterwards, the Shokan either makes them roll on the ground like a bowling ball or kick them away like a soccer one. If this XR was Sheeva's, she'd laugh after doing either of the suggested actions.

Variant for either one of them: Centaur slayer.

The Shokan wears a Centaur's skull over their head, which they can use to ram their foes like a bull, and are armed with a Centaur tail that they use as a whip and a lasso.

Alternately, the Shokan could use Centaur horns as melee weapons.

To conclude, for Sheeva's story, the part from her MK9 ending about her and other Shokan migrating to Earth should become canon, and it should factor in some of her intros, like Goro calling her a deserter and a Earthrealmer.

Kabal

Revenant design: He should be dressed similarly to those guards from MKM's Netherrealm missions, those that were armed with those cool high-tech weapons.

Like Stryker, he should get a Revenant variant, and exclusive to it would be those moves below:

Staff gun: Another weapon right out of MKM. It replaces his classic projectile, and it comes with the added ability to make the ground shake. Kabal also gets some combos involving the staff.

Force field: Kabal can install those either behind him, or the opponent (by dashing past them), or between them. Kabal can fire his projectile through it, while it stops his opponent's. The opponent can de-activate it by firing three projectiles at it, and it will eventually de-activate itself with time.

Kabal can juggle his opponent by making them bounce off it, though that too will turn it off if done too much.

Enhanced version: It lasts longer and does more damage. But three projectiles from the opponent will still be enough to de-activate it.

If an opponent's willing, they can deliberately injure themselves to turn off the force field.

Finally, these barriers cannot be installed in the air.

Jack Torrance (The Shining)

Names for his variants: All work, play, and caretaker. He wields his axe in two variants, and a mallet in another.

Post-match taunts (that the Predator should mimic): All his laughs from the movie.

X-Ray: Jack thrusts his axe in the opponent's crotch (Splitting a guy's balls in two), then smashes their ribs with his mallet, and finishes by grabbing them by the head and violently throwing them down on the back of their head.

Special moves/Brutalities

Ball: Throws a tennis ball in his opponent's face, and does it thrice for the enhanced version.

Brutality: The ball smashes an hole in the victim's face and gets stuck there.

Dogman: The dogman comes running on all four from behind Jack and past him to bite his opponent in the crotch. For the E version, he finishes by chewing on their throat.

Brutality: The Dogman does both, but takes a little more time.

Blood wave: It comes from behind Jack and the opponent gets swept by it.

Brutality: If Jack attacks the opponent just before the wave reaches them, their corpse will be swept by it. The injured guest appears at the end to say "Great party, isn't it?"

Getting the axe; based on the scene where he killed Dick Halloran by swinging his axe at him. The brutality is exactly like the scene in question. Jack also has another version of it involving the mallet.

Come and play with us: The Grady twins appear, say exactly that, and light a few matches, burning the ground. For the enhanced version, the fire lasts longer, and if the opponent's caught, the twins will say "Forever, and ever, and ever".

Jack's throw; when he grabs them, we find out it's actually the old hag, and the real Jack comes out from offscreen behind his opponent to swing his axe/mallet at them and decapitate the hag.

Brutality: Jack kills his opponent then hacks/smashes the hag to death.

Jack's outro; The young woman approaches him, and he drops his axe/mallet to kiss her. She turns into the old hag right in the middle of the kiss, and Jack, horrified, walks backwards to get away from her, trips on his opponent's body, gets up and runs away. The old woman's laughing the entire time, and will keep on laughing until the player's ready to move on.

Here we go.

X-Ray: Tony stuns his foe by hitting them over the head with a baseball bat, then he breaks their fuckin' jaw with it, swings it at their head again which almost makes one of their eyeballs pop out, their ass goes down, and he finishes by breaking their fuckin' kneecaps. And Tony shouts unintelligible nonsense before each blows.

Brutality; Tony keeps on pummeling them afterwards. Their knees remain bent backwards, and when Tony swings his bat at their faces, their eyeball flies right into the camera and slowly slides off the screen leaving a bloody trail behind, and Tony goes Leatherface on their skull.

Variant: Drug lord. He gets the ability to sniff cocaine, which temporarily makes him less vulnerable to pain, meaning he doesn't flinch from attacks as much. He sniffs twice as much coke for the enhanced version, but it also makes him lose health.

He gets more erratic, meaning that he'll throw more punches and kicks, and shoot more bullets, though his aim will be a little off.

Tony Montana vs Bo Rai Cho. Imagine that. The Drug Lord VS The Drunken Master. Cocaine vs Alcohol. Eat your heart out, Alien vs Predator!

Freddy Krueger

X-Ray: Freddy turns into his snake form, wraps the lower half of his body around the opponent's, crushing it, and Freddy grows a right arm (with the claws, duh), slashes their chest, leaving long slash marks on their skinless model, and finishes by slashing their cheek.

Super Freddy: Special move where Freddy turns into SF (duh), walks toward the opponent and is briefly invulnerable. For the EX version, he remains in his superform for a longer period of time, and as he walks, he says "Faster than a bastard maniac. More powerful than a local madman. It's...Super Freddy!".

If Freddy reaches his opponent, they'll get stunned, and Freddy, back in his true form, can do whatever he likes to them. The EX version should actually require a full super meter, and it should fully drain it.

Brutality: Those who've seen the fifth ANOES movie will know exactly what happens.

Outro: Hmmm, Pizza! With the opponent's shrunk, disembodied and screaming head! Which Freddy picks with his index claw and eats! Yummy!

Another move for Kabal's Revenant variant: Hammer time. A giant hammer lands on the opponent from behind. It replaces his ground saw. It comes with a brutality.

Jarek

Design idea: Bald, but keeps the goatee, small golden earrings (that could look like dragons), and a sleeveless leather vest.

Special moves

Back slam; His trademark move where he makes the ground shake by falling on his back.

Turn on them; Jarek runs at his opponent, and turns around when near them to hit them with his back.

For the EX version, Jarek falls backfirst on them after the first hit. He also gains immunity to projectiles once he turns his back to his foe, but is vulnerable until to them until then.

Brutality: All his foe's limbs pop off their body. Jarek lies on the floor, and uses what's left of their body as a pillow or as a mattress.

Kratos

Revenant design: An MK inspired Dominus armor.

Left dying by his own had, Kratos, once the God of war would finally be at peace. With his last breath he feels a hand grab him. His corpse was being Dragged through a portal to the Neitherrealm. Shao Kahn may have been unable to control such a warrior, but an Elder god could. Twisted and remade whole in Lord Shinnok's image, Kratos has his eyes set on the gods of EarthRealm, Raiden & Fujin.

Blades of Shinnok variant (Tattoo is blood red): In this style Kratos uses his signature blades with a a twist. they have been upgrade by Shinnok and allow the user to summon the hands of death.

Spartan Variant (Skin tone is olive): Here Kratos uses his spear and shield from Ghost of sparta. Gaining range attacks and his Leonidas kick.

God of War (Blade glows): In this variation Kratos uses the blade of Olympus for most attacks. He is slightly slower but, stronger. Gia's healing and Zeus' lighting

X-Ray You Succeed : (close grab) Kratos Grabs the opponent and Smashes his forearm into their face shattering their teeth. They fall and Kratos stomps on their head twice showing their skull crack. The opponent sits up on their knees and He finishes by impaling the Blade of Olympus through their throat.

(on last round hold forward for brutality. GOW Ares death.

Intros

Vs Raiden: Time to pay your debts

Vs Kotal Khan: False God of war

Vs Quan Chi: Your time is at an end

Vs Goro: Die with Honor

Vs Scorpion: Quan chi & Shinnok are mine

Vs Shinnok: One more God to kill

Fatalites:

The Wrath of Sparta: Kratos impales both Blades into the opponents torso, he slams them on the ground twice and the blades come out. Kratos puts them away and grabs the opponent as the try to crawl away. In first person view of the vic we see kratos dig his thumbs into their eyes and he breaks their neck. (like GOW3)

None Shall Defy Me: Using his new power from the blades, Kratos summons a hand that rips one of the opponent's leg off. Crawling away, Kratos walks over and drives the Blade of Olympus into their back. screaming a blue tornado forms around both ripping the victim to blood guts and some skeleton. Kratos wipes a piece of flesh off his shoulder.
Fatality!

Havik

First of all, Havik truly needs to be Chaos personified. His moveset, his abilities and animations need to convey just how chaotic he is, and how he wipes his ass with rules and logic.

X-Ray: Remember Darrius's body reconstruction fatality in MKD? Havik's XR should involve switching his foe's body parts in places they don't belong, and have that X-ray'd. First thing that comes to mind so far is Havik switching his foe's head with one of their feet, and have the opponent stepping forward, accidently shattering their skull.

Naturally, Havik should have the ability to switch his own body parts too.

Secondly, Havik should enjoy pain. Imagine him moaning in pleasure when he's on the receiving end of X-rays, with his voice being distorted and all.

Thirdly, he should have the ability to use his health bar, the opponent's and the timer's numbers as if they were interactive objects. But like any interactive objects, he should only be able to use them once. After using them, they'd reappear exactly where they should be.

Now, attacks, regular ones and special ones.

An eye for things: A regular attack, where he hits himself in the face so hard that his eyeball on the other side pops out, still attached to his optic nerve, and hits the opponent.

Yoga kick: Havik places one of his legs over his shoulder to kick his opponent. Another regular attack.

Projectile: Using both fists, he punches himself in both sides of the face, making both eyeballs pop and fly out at the opponent. If they connect, the opponent will accidently swallow them.

Ex version: Havik punches them in the belly afterwards, making them puke out his eyeballs. Havik puts them back in his sockets, and has a "Tada!" expression on his face.

Traffic: Stryker appears in his MK3 sprite to do his friendship, only the opponent gets run over by the pedestrians!

Brutality: The opponent gets flatten completely and bloodily. Like in his friendship, Stryker remains there, smiling goofily and still waving his hand in both directions even though there are no more pedestrians.

For comical effect, Havik could get run over too, and pull himself back up and re-inflate himself like a cartoon character. Then Havik positions his ass near Stryker's still moving hand, and we hear spanking sounds.

That's it for now.
lol, best one yet.

Noooo! Give Jarek his lasso and Armageddon moves. Let Dairou keep the Tombstone Drop. That's his main attack, compared to Jarek who lost it a game later.

I do like the idea of making it more important though. A variation with a different stance where he turns his back on the opponent to receive less damage would be cool.

That brutality idea is ridiculous.

Li Mei

Two variant ideas: Baji Quan and Lui He Ba Fa, her fighting styles from MK:DA.

X-ray: Li Mei throws a spark ball then quicky throws a smaller, faster one at it, making it explode and sending sparks flying everywhere. If the opponent's hit, they'll get sparks in their eyes (which should be X-Ray'd), stunning them. Li Mei jumps high in the air to deliver an axe kick to the top of their skull, knocking them down. She'll finish by delivering another axe kick to their spine.

Test your might; Brutality twist where the last part of her XR is skipped, we get back to the gameplay and Li Mei still delivers an axe kick to their spine, but it splits her foe in half, which is shown in slow-mo, and after a bloody spectacle, both halves fly off-screen.

Bloody spark: Brutality involving her sparky projectile that mutilates her opponent, resulting in both blood and sparks coming out of their exit wounds/stumps.

Juggling flying fists; A brutality requiring her flying fists special (duh). She punches her foe's torso off their lower body, and keeps punching them a few more times while they're both in the air. For the final part, players can actually choose how to finish the opponent. For instance, in the Baji Quan variant, Li Mei can uppercut them with that kick-uppercut move from MK:DA.

Beat down: Brutality version of her "Brutality" fatality from MKD, but instead of her foe exploding, Li Mei punches several holes in their abdomen.

Gutwrenching: Her MK:DA fatality also converted into a brutality. Done using any kick attacks for the final hit. Her leg will go through her opponent's torso, and we'd see it come out of their lower back, all bloody. After a while she'd get her leg out of them.

It can also be done while jumping, which will end with her foot deep in her foe's guts.

Finally, during some of her combos, Li Mei should smash a sparking ball over her foe's heads.
