Jataaka & Kia

As I've suggested for Drahmin & Moloch, they should both have a solo variant and fight as a pair for the third one called "Quan Chi's assassins", with the ability to switch characters which would be required for certain specials. And again, like with D & M's Oni variant, both gals' specials would see both of them attacking their opponent.

Jataaka should have her energy sword, and for any fatalities/brutalities where she dismembers her foes, their wounds should be cauterized, with smoke coming out of them.

Kia should have her hook that she'd also use as a boomerang.

Brutality/Fatality idea involving both assassins: They both dismember their foe. Jataaka's strikes leave cauterized stumps, while Kia's leave them still bleeding.

No guts no glory: Brutality requiring a special move where Jataaka strikes from behind the opponent to thrust her sword in their lower back and lift them up, followed by Kia throwing her boomerang at their belly. She does it thrice for the EX version and the brutality, and in the later, all three slices result in blood squirting from the opponent's belly and their guts coming out of the incisions. All the while Jataaka is holding them up in the air with her sword.

Kira

She should be given a personality similar to that of Xenia Onatopp, the henchwoman from the James Bond movie Goldeneye. A sadist who gets off squeezing people's ribs with her thighs.

X-Ray: She squeezes her foe's ribs with such force that it breaks them and makes the opponent cough up blood. Kira kisses them, then headbutts them hard. She finishes by stabbing them in the chest multiple times with a knife.

If done on characters who lack lips, Kira licks their face instead. And if done on repulsive characters like Leatherface, she skips the foreplay entirely and headbutts them right away.

She should have holsters on her thighs and ankles each containing a knife. She throws both upper knives at her foe's chest for a special attack, and for the Ex version, she follows by throwing the lower ones below the first two knives.

Fatalities

Lovemaking: Kira slices off her victim's arms with her knives, jumps at them to hug them then gets really tight with them. They both go down with Kira's victim on top of her, and she slits their throat. Kira keeps on squeezing and moans in pleasure while they bleed all over her.

Getting the boot: Kira throws her upper knives at her victim's feet, kicks them down, and throws her lower knives at their hands. Kira suffocates them by stepping on their throat, then on their face, and keeps her foot there, rubbing it and twisting their nose, until they die of asphyxiation. The entire time, Kira is moaning.

If they did actually do a Kombat Pack 3 I'd have at least Rain, Baraka and Sindel making an appearance as playable fighters and I know some people hate guest characters but I would find a way to put Freddy Krueger back in this game so then you could officially have Freddy vs Jason. Rain has already been MODed to be playable on the PC version of the game already so it is clear that he wouldn't be too hard. Not sure but definitely I'd have Rain, Baraka and Sindel as 3 of the 4 picks to make KP3 if I were to choose.

I'd love to see some actual hidden fighters in the game too so I'd put Smoke in as a hidden fighter but not as Smoke, more as Enemra. I would like to see what the developers would have done to make a hidden fighter for this game and here was a chance to do it. I'd also love to see Noob Saibot again.

Pinhead (Hellraiser)

All of the other three original Cenobites + Channard (from HR2) should be selectable as alts, all with their own intros. Pinhead, the Female Cenobite and Channard should talk during theirs, while Chatterer and Butterball would be silent (well, Chatterer would click his teeth).

(Although, if Kenshi ever got a Revenant design, he could look like Chatterer or Butterball, not by being fat but having his eyes sewn shut and/or wearing sunglasses and a similar outfit to Butterball)

Story idea: Either the Cenobites come from another hellish dimension even Netherrealm demons who solve the box puzzle can get trapped in, or they themselves are from the Netherrealm. If the former, then Pinhead and many other Cenobites consider the Netherrealm to be an inferior hell, and they're trying to gain the ability to leave their world independently of the box.

One of Pinhead's variants must be called Hellraiser. Another should be essentially a Channard variant where Pinhead's head is attached to that tentacle, and he gains abilities exclusive to it, most notably the sharp tentacles. Pinhead is also floating in this variant, what with the tentacle holding him and all.

Something unique to that variant is that if the tentacles miss, they get stuck in the ground, leaving Pinhead stuck. If the timer runs out and he's got less health left than his foe in the last round, the tentacle will be pulled away, taking P's head along with it.

The Channard alt should be selectable regardless of the variant.

During X-rays (and the Predator's outro), the pins on his head should be visible, and when he gets hit in the head, some of the pins should get further stuck in. When XRs are done on him in the Channard variation, he's knocked off the tentacle, and it disappears when it's time to finish him, as if it's ditching him.

Gameplay: Pinhead is armed with an hook.

Special moves/brutalities

Chain hooks: His signature move. Stuns opponents, and skins them alive during the brutality.

Re-surfacing: Pinhead must first spill his foe's blood in order to do this move (and he must do this all the time to use this move, not just once). A skinless victim will come out of the opponent to further drain them of their blood. More come out for the Ex version, and the opponent's reduced to a skeleton for the brutality that's barely got any skin and muscles left.

At the end of both the SM and Brutality, Pinhead kills the skinless victims.

Fatality: One that comes to mind involves the gruesome device that was almost used on the HR3 protagonist. It's disappointing that we didn't see what it could do.

The scorpion-like creature and the flying demon from the first movie, as well as the Dog-Cenobite from the fourth, could be part of either Pinhead's movesets or fatalities.

Finally, his outro: A recreation of that gruesome scene from the first movie, with the rotating pillars, the blood and torn flesh everywhere, and Pinhead reassembling parts of the opponent's torn face like it's a puzzle and saying "Ah!" when he finds the last piece.

Michael Myers

X-Ray: Myers grabs his foe by the throat, crushes their larynx, stabs them in the abdomen repeatedly, and finishes by stabbing them on the top of their skull.

Intros: When Myers "initiates", he's breathing calmly. When it's the opponent and they say something provoking, Myers breath heavily, implying rage.

When the Alien beats him: Instead of screaming, Michael breaths rapidly and stressfully before the Alien embryo bursts through his chest.

To differentiate him from Jason and Leatherface, Michael should use a variety of sharp weapons, not just his trademark one (the kitchen knife), like an ice skate and a rake.

Throw/Brutality: Myers throws his opponent behind him on the ground, and stabs them in the back. For the brutality, they futilely try to crawl away as Michael stabs them twice, pauses, and do it again. When they finally go down, Myers stabs them twice one last time just to be sure.

Rake it in: Another brutality involving the aforementioned rake. The victim's down on the ground, and Michael rakes in their skin and muscles.

Dexter Morgan

Intros; In some of them, Dexter thinks to himself instead of directly talking to his opponent. Against heroes, he tries to act normal but they don't buy it, while he's more honest against villains and his intent to kill them.

Variant names: Stalker, Murderer, and Bay Harbor Butcher.

Outro: A kill scene. First he knocks them unconscious with his needle, the screen goes black, they wake up on the table wrapped in plastic, Dexter takes a slide of their blood, the screen goes black again, he kills them by stabbing them through the heart. After the screen goes dark for one last time, we see him dump their body parts in the ocean from his boat. Once he's done, he looks at his new blood slide.

The outro differs depending on certain opponents:

Mileena: Her teeth are all knocked out, and Dexter stabs her with one of her sais.

Ferra/Torr: They're both wrapped in plastic with Ferra lying on Torr's chest. Dexter kills them both with a sword.

Goro/Jason/Predator/Alien: They're wrapped in a fuckload of plastic AND chains. He kills the Predator with it's own wristblades.

Havik's outro: He re-assembles his opponent in fucked up shapes, like their arms in the head's place, their legs in their arms', and their head on their back. How Havik reshapes his opponent will actually be random each times. The opponent will also remain alive afterwards.

Brutality- Setting the bar low: Havik will throw his health bar or his opponent's at them from the air, and it will go through them. The bar, planted in the ground at an acute angle, will be filled with the opponent's blood after they slide downwards through it, and the blood will drip downwards, as well.

Hsu Hao

I think he should have a greater variety of Wrestling moves than Kano and Jax, like a clotheline, DDT, elbow drops, a drop kick as his jump kick, a piledriver, etc. All of which could be throws, brutalities, fatalities or X-Rays.

For one of his variants, he should be equipped with his sun-moon weapons. In fact I think he should also get his other fighting styles from MK:DA back, complete with the combos they came with.

One of the moves that should make a return is that punch that made the opponent flip backwards and land on their feet. It should stun them when they land, and be doable in the air.

Brutality: When the opponent lands on their feet, various things could happen:

1) The head pops off.

2) the brain pops out of their skull.

3) Both. First the head then the brain.

4) Their legs flat out explode from the knee area.

X-Ray-Buttview. Hsu shoves his opponent's head up their asses, breaking their back in the process. We briefly see the opponent's face gagging before Hsu kicks them in the lower back with such force that it gets their head out of their ass and springs their torso back into position so rapidly that they fall and land on the back of their skull.

Brutality: The last part of the XR is skipped and Hsu's kick sends their head flying out of their ass and offscreen, leaving a bloody trail behind. The headless torso still springs back into position, and blood leaks both from the neck stump and the butt.

Baraka

X-Ray: Baraka cuts a X-shaped hole in the opponent's ribcage (a little similar to Kano's XR), stabs them in the belly repeatedly, keeps one blade in their guts and stabs them in the heart with the other.

Blade fury: Different from the Alien's, as Baraka moves his blades up and down for the regular version, and repeatedly stabs his opponent like in MK9 instead of spinning his blades for the Ex one.

Brutality (enhanced version): Baraka spills gallons and gallons and gallons of his enemy's blood.

Variants: Tarkatan General, Berserk and one that comes with variations of his blade spark projectiles such as those from the boss fight in MK:SM.

Berserk: Baraka gets out of control. He's faster, stronger, more aggressive and flinches a little less from attacks. The catch? Baraka is literally out of control, as he'll charge at his foe on his own if the player just stands there, leaving him open to attacks. Players would need to push back on the control pad to calm him down, and to constantly move to remain in control of him.

Special moves

Catch: An anti-air attack where Baraka rises his blade(s) in the air to catch his opponent. Afterwards, he kicks them off his blade(s).

Brutality: His classic impale fatality converted into a brutality.

Spark wave (third variant): Baraka slices the ground, sending spark waves at the opponent.

The horde (TG Variant): Baraka sends fellow Tarkata his opponent's way, and even more of them for the Ex version. But the opponent can eliminate them with projectiles, and a Tarkata gets stunned if blocked.

Brutality: No words could describe just how barbaric this brutality would be.

Catapult (TG): Tarkata appear from offscreen behind Baraka dragging a catapult that fires huge spiky balls at the opponent, burning ones for the Ex version. Players can fire it from anywhere by pushing the interaction button. The catapult will disappear if not used after a while.

Burning ball -ality: This could either be a brutality requiring that the opponent be thrown/uppercutted in the burning ball, or a fatality where the opponent's taken to the wastelands, or a stage fatality/brutality if the Wastelands returned as a stage. In all cases, the opponent's burning corpse is catapulted into the camera, and slowly slides off it afterwards.

Skarlet

She should have special moves where she liquifies into blood, such as:

Doing so to avoid projectiles and slither towards her opponent.

A T-1000- like parry move where she liquifies her head then her whole body, with her head becoming her hands holding the opponent's fist/foot and making herself solid again.

Meat's bloodport move from MKA.

A pool of blood that bloody hands come out of to hurt the opponent.

Brutality: These hands tear the opponent apart until they're nothing but a pool of blood themselves, indistinguishable from Skarlet's.

Her MK9 X-Ray should return as the last two hits of a combo (palm strike followed by the heel to the eye, though she could use one of her daggers instead if she no longer wore heels).

Brutality: She leaves her heel/dagger in the opponent's eye for a little while.

New XR- Inside woman.

Done in the air, Skarlet liquifies herself and splash in the opponent's face, entering their body through their mouth. Lot of things she could do to them while in there, but it would end with her foe laying on the back and Skarlet hurting their belly. Afterwards, the opponent vomits blood, some of it being Skarlet herself, and she regains her solid shape.

Brutality: She solidifies herself while still Inside the opponent. Their belly bulges, until Skarlet bursts through sitting in a fetal position. She gets up, the opponent's blood and entrails dripping down her body.

Jack Torrance intros

In most of them, he'd alternate between saying "Heeeere's Johnny!" and "I'm just gonna bash your brains in! I'm gonna bash them right the fuck in!", though the opponent's reply would remain the same. Against female characters (except Ferra), he'd make that stupid lusting face from the Room 237 scene when he saw the young woman. To make it quicker, I'll mostly use the Johnny line.

Vs Johnny Cage

Jack: Heere's Johnny!
Johnny: Yes, here I am! Want me to sign your axe?
Jack: AAAARRRGGHH!!!

Vs Ferra/Torr

F: All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!

QC: I'll do much worse to you for wasting my time.

J: It was completely unintentional.
S: And was trying to kill him and your wife unintentional, too?

S: Men who want to kill their families sicken me.

S: And I look forward to sending you to hell.

Chucky

For both gameplay and story purposes, Chucky should gain the ability to make himself as big as his opponent. He could regain his small size in order to avoid projectiles while running at his opponent, though attacks that target the opponent's upper body should do more damage.

Fatality/Brutality-Dying by inches: Chucky hacks away at his opponent's ankles, then their legs, until there's nothing left but their head. If it was a fatality, Chucky would hack away then run, constantly making the scared opponent wonder where he went before Chucky hacked them off again.

Djinn (from the Wishmaster movies)

Storywise, a mysterious voice wishes him to be able to use his powers at will.

Throw: The Kane Hodder death scene from the first movie where he was turned into glass. As a throw, The Djinn bumps into them, making them spin and fall before they regain their true form.

Brutality: They're shattered into pieces, like in the movie.

Fatality: Dying rich.

Coins fall from the sky and down the opponent's throat until they've hit the jackpot.

Outro: The camera focuses on the Djinn as he leaves, then we see the opponent who's now a statue, and we see their eyeballs move. They're still alive!

In the Alien's case, we see drool dripping down it's mouth.

Alternate skins

A Linda Hamilton one for Sonya and a Vasquez one for Jacqui, in the same vein as Jax's Carl Weather skin. Jacqui's Vasquez skin should also come with sound effects from Aliens' guns like the pulse rifle or the smart gun.

Shinnok's Korrupted form. His gameplay and intros should remain the same, though he should be acknowledged as his corrupted self in a few intros. His outro would be the same in every stages except the infected ones. Finally, he should gain his korrupted self's fatality as his third one.

Jade

She should be able to plant her staff in the ground and use it as an interactive object in various ways, such as:

Executing a variety of spinning moves, such as kicking and throwing three glaives in a row.

Bouncing off it.

Delivering kick uppercuts at higher heights than usual.

When bouncing off it, Jade can also grab it and deliver a jumping staff attack.

If a jumping opponent's near the staff when she plants it, it will hurt them.

Brutality: It goes through their crotch and it comes out of their mouth.

The catch is that Jade is unable to use any special moves combos or her X-Ray requiring her to hold it in her hands while it's on the ground.

Special moves

Shakin': Jade's laundry fatality from UMK3/MKT where she impaled them with her staff and shook them 'til they blew up converted into a SM.

Brutality- Shakin' too hard: The fatality is also converted into a brutality. We see bits of the opponent's flesh and their organs fly everywhere including on the camera, blood spatter on the camera, until they're reduced to a bloody skeleton. Even then, Jade does not stop shakin' them and their bones end up flying everywhere.

Balance: Jade throws her staff into the ground. The staff is standing at an acute angle, and Jade can jump at the higher end, planting it in the ground while the other end rises, sending the opponent flying if they're near.

Jade can also send them headfirst into the higher end.

Brutality-Deepthroat. Their head goes through the staff and it comes out of their mouth. Their head slowly slides downwards the staff.

Shao Kahn

Names for variants: Emperor, Konqueror, and The Kahn.

Brutalities

They caved in: Shao Kahn caves his opponent's face in with his hammer.

All the way down: Shao Kahn smashes his hammer over his foe's head with such force that their head goes down their body and bursts through their crotch.

This is my arena!: Shao Kahn shoulder rams his opponent offscreen Smash Bros-style, and we hear them splat against the wall. We see blood, bits and pieces from the opponent flying from offscreen afterwards. If Kahn's close to one end of the screen when this happens, he'll get splashed in their blood and bits.

Insult to injury: Not exactly a brutality in itself, but if SK taunts the opponent often enough during the match, then instead of his outro, we'll see him standing over his downed opponent, point down his index and taunt them, MK2-style. It can even be done at the end of some brutalities.

Special moves: Everyone of them should return, and he should get some new ones, as well.

Bow to me: Either a stun move, his throw or his X-Ray. It's his MKT fatality from the N64 version where he hits his victim over the head and laughs at them, only they're on their knees instead of knee-deep in the ground.

As an XR, the opponent should get concussions which should be XR'd.

The Emperor's wrath (or the Kahn's wrath): His spinning attack from MK:SM. Requires a full meter to be used, and drains it completely afterwards. Kahn will spin across both ends of the arena and, if he connects, will deliver an overhead smash at the end. Players cannot control his movement during this attack, and opponents can dodge him both times. He also becomes temporarily invulnerable.

During a mirror match, if both Kahns are using this move at the same time, they'll stop each other in their tracks and damage each other.

For added effect, the attack can even end with some of his brutalities.

Mirror match intro

SK1: You are done pretending to be me, Reiko.
SK2: *Laughs* You are pitiful, Reiko.
SK1: You will feel power beyond your imagining!

I know MacyG88 already posted ideas for Robocop, but here are some of my own.

What should be a no-brainer; Robocop should have both his classic design and the remake's as selectable designs.

Variant: ED209.

Robocop can call an ED209 for help, that he can command to do various things, or hop aboard and pilot himself. ED209 is slow and a big target, but it's powerful, naturally. When he's not piloting it, Robocop can pull off combos involving both his moves and the ED's.

The opponent can destroy it with a few blows, and it will sometimes malfunction and shoot at Robocop.

Fatality-Hands in the air!

Mostly like one of the fatalities MacyG88's already suggested, but with a few changes.ED itself would kill the opponent. ED would first tell the victim to raise their hands in the air then mow them down before they even had the chance to. Afterwards, Robocop would cooly and emotionlessly remark that ED needs some adjustments.

Taven

His time-stopping ability should return. He should be able to slow down opponents with it the same way Reptile does in one of his variants, and gain some Matrix-inspired moves.

Special moves

"Sandwich": Taven can slow his opponent's projectiles in their track, and make his opponent hit them. He can even use his own projectile to do so.

Brutality: Requires Taven to use his projectile. How some of the opponents die differ depending on their projectiles. Sub-Zero for example would get frozen then melted by Taven's fireball.

Too slow: Inspired by the bullet-dodging scene from the Matrix. Can be used to dodge projectiles, but it's better used against close-range attacks.

There would be another version of it where Taven jumps in the air, used to dodge lower attacks and projectiles.

Out of time: Taven traps his opponent in a time bubble where they age faster and take damage, though it wouldn't show on their design.

Two Brutalities requiring that move:

Way out of time: The opponent dies a Indiana Jones-like death where they wither and turn to dusty bones. Requires multiple use of the OOT move.

Take your time: Final hit must come from the OOT move, which must also not be used too much throughout the match. Taven gets to go Raiden (Metal Gear Reveangeance Raiden, that is) on his opponent where they get torn apart in slow-motion.

All these moves could suit Daegon too, if he returned and Taven didn't.

If KP3 does happen, and considering what we got last time, I think it's entirely in the realm of possibility that Chameleon could show up as the pack's token ninja acting like Triborg with 3 different variations.

Ed's already said they won't do repeat DLC so that keeps ousting Rain but considering Ed may want to do some sort of tribute to Prince, that is 1 variation there. Noob Saibot seems to keep being saved for a starting roster, especially given the dialogue hints to his whereabouts so there's 2. Finally, there's always the seemingly hinted at and always divisive Khrome and there's your third.

Despite my utter hatred of the Khrome idea, I could actually be down with it solely because it'd mean Chameleon may actually get a real story out of it.

That actually makes a lot of sense, considering what they did with Triborg. They could do a non-variation for a 4th ninja just like Triborg had Cyber Subzero. I think I read somewhere that Rain was considered after Prince' death but was scrapped for some reason. Anyway, Triborg worked out great even though I hated the idea at first when he was revealed, but now he's extremely popular and heavily used.

I'm not completely against the idea of Chameleon, but I personally prefer Noob just on his own. It might be difficult to come up with 3 unique variations for him, but I have faith in NRS.

I think we'll have the poll winners Jade and Noob, then hopefully Fujin. I personally would like to have Havik

It would be cool if they go through with Noobs armageddon ending, and do that as a variation. It could be called Black Ice and his shadow could actually like an ice clone. He could have a move similar to the ice ball, that ends a bit quicker but drains ppints.

Idk I hope NRS actually pulls through.

I think people really need to stop worrying about repeat DLC. They can make an exception for at least one or two characters (but certainly not all of MK9's DLCs), especially if they play differently from their MK9 selves, just like Kenshi.

Still, if they went with your idea, then I think Chameleon should get moves of his own for a third variation instead of Khrome's, whatever his moveset is rumored to be.

However if Chameleon returns, so should Khameleon, who could get the moveset of Jade and Skarlet for two of her variants, and her own for the third. I see no reason the C version should return over her, especially when Khameleon actually has a story of her own, unlike C.

But really, we shouldn't get another Triborg. Let both Khameleon and the C version get full movesets (and designs) of their own if either return, and let individual characters like Noob and Rain remain their own characters.

Smoke

(Hey, if we can have Sub-Zero both as his own character with three variants and as Triborg's fourth variation, no reason we couldn't have Smoke as his own character too.)

Special move: Smoker's run. Smoke makes his opponent inhale well, smoke, which briefly hinders their running prowess and just their ability to move in general, as they get exhausted and cough up smoke.

Brutality: Chimney. The opponent dies coughing up a big cloud of smoke.

His ice clone-like smoke cloud move from MKD should return. Unlike the aforementioned special, the opponent doesn't inhale that much smoke, so they only get stunned.

A variation of Jason's misty teleport special would suit Smoke.

For his X-Ray, we should see the opponent's lungs getting blacker as a result of inhaling so much smoke, and Smoke would finish them by puncturing their lungs with daggers.

Brutality: After the last part, we see the opponent on their knees, coughing up both smoke and blood before they die.

Nightwolf

Instead of summoning lightning with his hand like Rain does, he should channel it through his tomahawk like in one of his MK3 fatality, which could also return as both a part of his X-Ray and a brutality.

His bow projectile should return, along with Kratos' MK9 one for the enhanced version, and he should get a brutality where he shoots three arrows in the opponent.

It should go without saying, but he must have his projectile-deflect move, as well as the brutality that other projectile-deflecting characters have. Pity Nightwolf wouldn't be the only one who'd have it if he did return.

His tomahawk uppercut special from MK3 is another move that should return, this time as his actual uppercut that makes his foes bleed more than most (uppercuts), and as a brutality that leaves their torso cut in half.

For a new ability, Nightwolf should be able to turn into a wolf, and similarly to Erron Black's draw move, have three attacks to choose from:

1) Jumps and lunges at the opponent. Classic wolf attack.

2) Runs at his foe then upon reaching them, stands on his hind feet and goes for their jugular.

3) Same as two but he chews on their ankle.

1 and 2 both come with the same brutality, which is his MK3 animality, and for the third, Nightwolf chews off their foot.

Those wolf attacks would be exclusive to one of his variants, which would be called either "Inner beast" or "Animality" (lol).

Finally, he must get a Revenant alt, along with some Revenant intros, and his Revenant wolf form should actually look different too, such as having red glowing eyes.
