I'd melt for Bo' Rai Cho.

But I'm afraid that might be a reach this time around. Other than that, as long as we get Fujin I'll be happy. Reiko would be a major bonus as well.

Fujin, Baraka and Rain are a high probability. Since we always get a token female I think it'll be down to Sareena and Li Mei. I don't think we'll get any of the revenants (namely Sindel and Smoke) because none of the revenants have had their undead versions as the main costume on the select screen and the DLC's obviously won't get alt's so I think for that reason it excludes the remaining undead characters.

So basically I think Fujin, Baraka, Rain, Sareena and Li Mei are in the running for being considered.

It will be such a fucking cop out if NRS does a "story pack". If they must use characters from story mode, use Fujin and Sareena. Reiko and Havik had a terrific turn around in the comics. It would be a shame for those two to sit out another game.

Don't hold your breath - I'm almost positive that "Warner Bros. has the Spawn License" newsbreak from a few months back, and subsequent mentions of Spawn in MK since then means there's at least one more guest character en route.

I would like to see Reiko - if anything the comic did well, it was get me pumped for Reiko. Throw in Sindel or Rain to placate everyone else and i'm fine with that too. More characters is more characters, so that makes me happy.

Wow, so many people like Master Bo. Good to know. I hope he makes the cut. I like him more than Fujin and Li Mei, my other picks for KP2.

Hope that NRS listens!

I'd love for Reiko to make an appearance. He's been killin' it in his comics run.

As for Spawn, I was sure someone from NRS squashed that, at least I thought they did. Could be mistaken though. I'd hope they don't, 2 guests is already one too many.

Fujins fan deserve him. I/we got Tremor and I think ppl here have been pretty vocal for fujin and I'd definitely love to see those wind funnels on a 2D plane so yea fujin!

I am thinking Spawn will be included. Did not Todd McFarlene say something along the lines of Warner Bros having the ability to use Spawn in their games?

So many questions, so much potential, sooo much story waiting to be told!! We gotta know right?! Gameplay? Who fucking cares?

-Fujin seems like an obvious one

-Rain's redesign and importance puts him up there

-Li Mei seems to be a NRS favorite and looks great in story mode

-Sareena has a lot of potential and would almost be a new character since her other appearances were very bare bones

-Bo would be a personal pick of mine

-I wouldn't completely count Spawn out, but I think they'll hold on to the license.

-I don't see Baraka honestly. However, he does have a lot of fans so it's possible

-A surprise new/redesigned character could also happen. If you would have told me Skarlet would be DLC for MK9 or Tremor for MKX, I wouldn't have believed it. So, now I'm optimistic about getting brand new characters as DLC.

I would guess Kombat Pact 2 would be 4 of these 8.
