NO.MK7 will be like MKD a one on one fighting game,and i think some new features like Tag Team*i hope*.The action advnture games are separate from the main game,and i'll not like to see MK7 like a MKSM type of game.

Agreed with reptile88, not even another attempt at konquest. I just want a good, clean, solid fighting game that includes an awesome krypt and (hopefully) no bugs.

I thought there was to much crap in the krypt and that earning certain coins ( onyx for example ) was hard to come by.

Its a fighting game, and something like fighting styles do benefit your average knowledge over combat arts. Geez.

I would rather Mortal Kombat to stay to its roots and remain a fighting game. Shaolin Monks I feel is a better way to tell the story of a previous game in the series and not a genuine Mortal Kombat game.

Mortal Kombat 7 I hope will be a solid fighting game that has much depth to it and has a list of very interesting characters with fun and unique fighting styles to play with.

MK7 will be another fighing game. It has to be. Midway is not going to put out another action adventure game because they already have Shaolin Monks still fresh and in stores. Heck, the game hasn't gone down in value yet! Putting another action adventure game out back to back is plain outrageous considering that MK is a fighting game franchise with an expansion in action adventure. I don't think Midway is THAT vapid to abandon the main genre of MK.

If Midway does plan to put out another MK action adventure, then it should be based on the setting on Edenia and how they got into the whole MK Universe. I'd like to know more about King Jerrod and how things came to be in Edenia before Shao Khan came into the picture and what happened when he did invade Edenia. I would love to see that whole story of Kitana, Mileena, Jade, Sindel, and all of the other characters who were involved in this plot. That would be a great and interesting game. But, MK7....Definately a fighting game.
