I think we will defo see Scorpion back (though why I dont know). As for Sub Zero, well his future sint certain, and Now Noob Saibot could count as Sub Zero if his ending is true so Sub Zero could well have died in one of the other endings.

For the Suboss, it would be cool if there were two of them. Not like Noob-Smoke, but more like the deadly alliance.
The sub-bosses should be Goro and Motaro.
The Boss should be good old Shao Khan!
