Kassonya is my favorite of all the new karakters announced so far for MKX.

I'm getting the impression Kotal might not be truly evil.

There is something I don't like about Cassie's voice here. She speaks really fast without tone variation. Sounds a bit robotic, given how she's supposed to be mocking others, I think she should be marking her words a bit more.

PS: English isn't my native language but usually I understand english with no problem. Without the text I wouldn't have been able to guess what Cassie was saying, again because she says it too fast and with no emotion on her words.

I don't see him completely evil either.

I either see him as probably somewhere in the neutral plane, whether it's true neutral or neutral evil.

But I definitely don't see him being lawful or chaotic evil.

Yeah, she does say the second part a bit fast and there is no variation with her voice. But it still sounds cute, you have to admit that!

Agreed. She sounds exactly like I wanted her to sound. She just sounds like a normal woman of her early 20s. She doesn't sound overly masculine, her voice sounds just the right amount of confidence and sarcasm. And I said this in another thread but I think the reason Kotal may end up ousted as Emperor may be because he turns out to be not as psychotic and ruthless as Shao Kahn. Because of that (what could be described as a weakness) he gets beaten.

As I said before, I think her voice sounds cute, I do agree that this voice is the perfect voice for her. Not too masculine, not too feminine. She reminds me of a cousin who I don't see anymore, tough but sassy... If that is the right word to use with her.

I do agree though that the pace of this conversation is a wee bit fast. I get the whole purpose like you said, she's sounding coy, but I don't think it would hurt to have it slowed down just a tad bit.
