He has the damage buff, and the health buff that doesn't suck ass. The Resurrection thing is a last stand. I doubt people will stack meter JUST to die.

Yeah, but if they don't have the chance to use that meter, they can't carry it over to the next round. that just seems dumb to me

So it's inline with most of the other characters that have two okay ones and one that didn't need to be there lol.

How does the resurrection thing work exactly? I was so into just looking at Jason I didn't even hear what they said. He comes back no matter what?

Anyone see the TIPS in online where it says something like " Be sure to be careful when Johnny Cage gets to 5% health" ? I think that was a placer for Jason lol because Jason does have something that happens when he gets low, while Johnny does not.

when johnny cage gets below 5% health he can throw red forceballs/red shadowkicks that do more damage and shit

Jason resurrects depending on how much meter you have, if you have 3 bars you resurrect with 20% health back, and if you have none you resurrect with 5% health. You resurrect no matter what.

love that during his fatality it had the horror movie type sounds. really felt like a horror movie kill to me. so fucking cool. i'm so goddamn hype it's ridiculous.

This variation also gives Jason the most powerful damage boost and a health regen boost, both with EX versions. Losing your meter is a fair trade off.

Yep, the way the opponent/victim tilts their had and looks up with their jaw dropped with the "scare" sound in sync is so perfect lol

That was the most interesting thing I saw whole stream. That's the only thing I really can't complain or nag about. They really nailed that fatality.

I went ahead and just purchased the kombat pass. Not crazy about Guest characters and not really at all excited for Predator, but hey, doesn't mean they still can't still be cool to play or fight. And from what I have seen through dialogue, they are heavily treated as guests...so unlike MK9 I'm in this time. Plus Jason will forever be cool.

I believe he also does it in Jason Takes Manhatten, when he sees the billboard with the hockey mask on it.

I love that they put the chain around his neck in one of his variations, it really showed NRS or whoever is responsible for his variation cues in this game did their homework :)

My only gripe is that Jason's Slasher projectile spins through the air like Kotal Kahn's projectile. I would have preferred a straight trajectory machete/knife throw.

I love the Relentless teleport! Jason and his one handed choke puts Kano's two handed choke to shame.

Is the midnight mark official? He actually appeared on my select screen in singe mode but then disappeared shortly after. I tried hitting the buy button so I can download him but some msg came up saying "this item may not be available now or was available and no longer is" or something along those lines. This happen to anyone else?
