Both Bo Rai Cho and Triborg looks great. I can't wait to try them out.

The Pit stage looks awesome. I trying to see who Blaze is fighting in the background it looks like Taven but I could be wrong.

Nice. The Pit looks great. All the characters are over the top but that is because they cut the best moves for the trailer. I hope we get some more skin packs then the ones listed otherwise that would be a big letdown.

Dissapointed.

I will buy the Pit, Bo RAI Cho, the Apocalypse pack and Triborg.


Ps I suspect that the Apocalypse pack is based on Mad Max.

My only issue is that it listed Kold War Scorpion as part of the pack when it is already a free download.

The Pit will be free. Unconfirmed, but selling a stage just doesn't make sense. It would fuck with multiplayer too much.

I think all of us would agree that they messed the costumes aspect up for this pack.

Yo, Bo be puking and farting again! That's all I've ever asked. I'm glad they gave him his stuff that made him Bo Rai Cho. Gonna love playing as him.

Hm. Thoughts:

- Judging from what my buddy told me, it seems that the Tri-borg and Bo gameplay are what fans would be "really happy" with, as the reactions to Tri-borg across the board seem to be overwhelmingly positive.

- Glad to see that Alien looks like it has a non-Baraka variation

- Pit :) (where are some people getting the idea that there's no stage fatality with it?)

- Skipped the fatalities, I hate being spoiled, but hearing that they're good

- Meh, fuck Leatherface. Not at all interested, and if I don't lose out on anything else being released, then I won't be buying the entire pack, just the other 3 characters and skins.

- Not happy about the farting nonsense with Bo Rai Cho. I appreciate some humor in MK but toilet humor is just not funny. Maybe if we were 10 years old.

Overall, decent trailer. Still not really impressed with what is being offered. Good to see all the skin packs + Goro will be included for those that missed out on it or were waiting for a bundle.

Damn. They look fucking great. Bo absolutely stole the show. Tri-borg looks tricky as fuck. Alien looks like he's gonna have hella range. Leatherface looks fun, but a bit lacking when compared to the others.


*edit...and the damn pit is a work of art. Absolutely beautiful. Instantly kicks nearly every other stage right in the balls.

Well, color me impressed.

-I still think Leatherface looks like shit. He looks like a Jason reskin. The only thing even REMOTELY promising is his X-Ray. Everything else just looks awkward.

-Triborg. Holy hell. I got all kinds of emotions watching that Cyber Smoke gameplay. Sektor and Cyrax look incredible too. Plus that intro animation. And each of them having a distinct look. Oh man I'm definitely most hyped for him.

-Bo looks fantastic. I somehow knew the farts/puke were gonna be included in there somehow, although I'm happy to see it looks variation specific. Looking forward to seeing more of his revamp.

-The Xenomorph seriously impressed the hell out of me. Loving the looks of his different variations, and the fact that it looks like his non-Baraka variation is a Queen variation. Even his Baraka-based moves look pretty great. The tail based style looks kinda awkward though.

-Pit looks fantastic.

-FUMING about the fact that we've only got 1 new pack of skins from the looks of it. Kold War Scorpion? Really? You're gonna include something that's already a free download in a pack of things that need to be payed for?

Still not going to make me drop money on 2 more unwanted guest characters.

I'm surprised that more people aren't irritated that Goro is being coupled with the pack. They advertised him as a "playable character" with the pack, however he's been playable whether you pre-ordered or paid for him separately.

That is cheap. My other gripe is Alien's tail. I wish I was going to buy this pack, but unfortunately NRS is getting not another one of my coinz.

Maybe they'll add Sindel, Baraka and Rain to the pack just like Goro :D

I don't see this pack selling well as a whole. If they wanted it to sell better then they should of included klassic fatality packs and more klassic costumes and maybe a few copy n pasted stages from MK9 or offer fujin for free if they purchase the whole pack.

Were Klassic fatalities part of KP1 or sold separately?

They were free, not part of kp1.

They were all free. They weren't packaged with anything, and everyone had access to them.

The whole costume pack situation is a mess, but however along with each costume pack that was included with each character (like MK3 skins for Tremor), there might be another separate purchasable skin pack following each character. The Kold War pack and the Brazil pack were separate costumes NOT included in KP1 and no mention of them anywhere, but they were available for separate purchase. You might have to spend $30 on KP2, and with the extra content will cost you $40+. But this is all just assumption, let's see what happens.

Now my opinion on the trailer... I love Triborg and Bo Rai Cho.

Bo Rai Cho plays fast and mobile. I love that they brought back his bojutsu style! it looks amazing in motion, quite a step-up from his Deception style. Quite possibly my favorite of the pack. The fart and pukes were expected. I like how nimble they are, unnecessary but still there. I guess it's a part of his trademark.

Triborg looks amazing. Nice gameplay, Smoke variant looks sick. That fatal looks awesome especially if you're a Noob fan. Another of my favorites from the pack. I think a lot of fans will love Triborg in the long run.

Alien looks great, glad they kept the name "Alien", as it would look stupid with "Xenomorph". That style with the other Alien coming in to assist looks interesting. The use of the blade barrage from Baraka looks cool. I'm pretty interested in how well Alien will play in MKX. That little segment with the Alien mini-mouth thing coming out to bite Jacqui was cool. I'm glad Ed Boon is getting his kinda childhood wish come true, it is his favorite sci-fi movie so I guess implementing Alien into what he created (MK) will be his ultimate achievement in life... so good for him and Alien fans.

Leatherface can fuck off. He looks stupid, gameplay is what I expected. Slow and dumb. I will buy him just for the sake of having complete content for MKX. Will try him out but still hate him. Really unnecessary to have him there, still think it's a stupid idea to have him there instead of another valuable MK character. I'm even cool with Alien at this point, but shitface is overkill, even after his gameplay reveal.

The pit looks gorgeous. I like the little volcano touch on top of the mountain. I wonder how the stage fatality will look.

So I have 1 question.... looks like they're all complete and ready to go, will they all release at once?

Now off to watch the trailer another thousands of times until the KP2 releases... see ya'll.

Tri-Borg looks really really good, even though I would prefer Cyrax by himself. Bo is glorious minus the farting, and I'm stoked he has his staff as a variation. Alien is growing on me...I feel like I need to see the other variations to get final judgment call.

As for Leather Face....not interested. He may as well be Jason 2.0

The skins situation is by far the dumbest shit ever. I will be buying the "Apocalypse" pack, but man if I had known I'd get a few of the other packs for free...I would have saved my money.

The only thing that could make this pack good is if they sell it for $15 / $5 per character and all at the same time. This nonsense of spreading it out is getting boring. They all seem ready so just release them already!!

Im thinking it will cost 15$-20$ ish. Game Informer stated the extra content was free in their article yesterday. It would not make sense for KP2 to cost 30$ like the first one.
