The rebirth of Mokap incoming!!!

Not sure why everyone has such a boner for Kenshi. Yet another overrated character I think shouldn't be in this game since I can name at least fifteen pre and post MK3 characters I'd give a roster spot before him. One telekenetic character is enough and that should be Ermac. Though, I really hope to see Ermac completely redesigned since I didn't like his MK9 design one bit. And no, I am not a fan of the scarecrow look either

It wouldn't hurt to get it as a DLC Skin though. That way, no one has to buy or use it if they don't like that design.

I think quan's fatality fits him perfect. It is absolutely menacing and shuddering. While it fits Kenshi's abilities I don't think it fits his style.

Just so we're clear, what we're all seeing on the screen is Kenshi's psychically controlled ASTRAL PROJECTION. This has nothing to do with holograms, which are images rendered with light. You're not the only one to make this mistake, but i'm fed up of seeing the wrong word.

Oh a lot of people are going to be pissed when Ermac isn't playable. Now thinking about it, I can kind of see Kenshi having Astral Projectile, TK, and his sword as different variations.

Oh I really hope not. That would be a total step back from them trying to differentiate him from Ermac in MK9. Hopefully they stick with the astral projection thing.

How about having a few core astral projection moves and sword skills and...

+ Variation 1: More astral projection moves
+ Variation 2: More swordplay moves
+ Variation 3: Some more distant tele-fighting.....Tele-flurry, a distant punch, a distant low/sweep, etc.

Hopefully they leave the grabs and throws to Ermac.

Well, Kenshi has been physically compared to Keanu Reaves multiple times. And if he's boot #2 indeed, with the black boots and what looks like a trenchcoat, the similarities with Neo will go up.

Keanu Reaves is a big fan of martial arts, so if you do the math it's not a bad fit.

PS: I hope this tweet by Boon means we're getting Kenshi's reveal soon.

Yeah the comparison makes sense but IF this happens, I'd hope they would choose someone else. He's not god-awful, but he's far from great. (Referring to his emotional acting.) The skill in martial arts is undeniable.

At this very moment, I'm not at all hyped for Kenshi. However, that's definitely subject to change. It sure as hell did for Kano, and from my point of view, THAT is impressive.
