With a character reveal Without a doubt it'll be Reptile, Mileena or a new character. That is if there is a character reveal.

If it's one of the boots, that character will still be considered old or new.

All Boon said is, "Next week is going to be a lot of fun". So we may or may not get a character reveal, but will most-likely include Kung Lao and Kitana variation game-play and hopefully Goro's.

Who knows and since he said "fun", could we be seeing the big bad "fun returning character?".

Jan's almost over, we should be getting the live stream. I want to see some Kung and Kitana gameplay at least.

I really want them to finish this month with variation trailers for Kung Lao and Kitana.

And then start off next month with a new character.

There was mention on Twitter that we will be getting a live stream soon. So, I'm thinking that is what is coming next week.

Variations are cool but I want a story mode trailer or more info on kollectors edition. I'd settle for the final boss reveal, unless they are keeping it secret I mean I would mind that di there'd something to learn when you actually buy the game lol

The question revolved around the NEXT character so I don't know why people are talking about Kitana/Kung Lao, they have been revealed and are in the past. We will probably see some of their gameplay on the stream, but again, it wouldn't make sense for Boon to hint at that since the guy asked for the next character.

Best case scenario, we will get a new character reveal next week and why not? Yes, they revealed two this month already but there's less than 3 months till release and we've yet to see about 15 unrevealed characters. More likely, they will tease the next character after the stream for a Februari reveal. Now, let it be Shinnok
