There will still be costume packs for all the new characters and probably Klassic Fatality packs #3 & #4

The new stage(s) will likely be free, as it would be needlessly complex to re-configure multiplayer to take into account whether people are allowed to play on a particular stage.

KP2's content will likely be the same as KP1's: four characters and four skin packs.

Remember Komplete Editions of MK9 and Injustice? Y'know, where people paid for DLC separately only for them to sell the entire package to customers in one hit?

GOTY/Komplete editions are just that though, they're advertised as such and not every game gets them and when they come out, it's well after the lifespan of content for that game has been completed.

The difference here is we're not even done with the lifespan of this game yet and they're already ripping people off. Thankfully, I didn't buy either pack that are being given out now as freebies because, quite frankly, I don't want them because they look like garbage. However, for the people who actually shoveled out the money for them when they could've just waited several months, it's insulting.

Quite the contrary, I want NRS to surprise me. Unfortunately, they keep making so many asinine decisions that it's making my head hurt. The simple things that everyone here wanted is still getting shit all over;

- The most highly requested characters? Skipped, except for 5 who get jumbled together with other characters to create 2 hybrids.
- Fans want all of the newbies to get another costume. We only get 3 with a bunch of rehashed DLC that was already released instead.
- Fifth extra character in the pack that some said would never happen? Well, it did and it's fucking Goro.

Seriously, WHO is making these decisions? Because I want to run them over with my car at this point. It's not like the things we were asking for were so beyond their technical abilities (save for the netcode, apparently).

And I really don't know why they want to repackage that stuff that wasn't part of the first KP anyway. If people wanted those costumes, they 'd have bought the fucking costumes. Same thing with Goro.

Yup. It's really not that hard to make a great Kombat Pack, even I can do it. For this example, pretend like Liu Kang, Kitana and Kung Lao were left off the roster and replaced with any of the other characters who showed up in Story Mode; Fujin, Bo, Smoke, Li mei, whoever. Then that first Kombat Pack could've been Liu Kang, Kitana, Kung Lao & a guest.

So then say for instance the KP included;

- Liu Kang
- Kitana
- Kung Lao
- Predator
- Klassic Skin Pack (MK3 Liu Kang, MK3 Kitana & MK3 Kung Lao)
- Klassic Fatality Pack (Liu Kang Dragon, Kitana Decap, Kung Lao Hat Split)
- Skin Pack for the newbies (4 of 8)
- The Pit arena

Imagine how well that would sell based on the nostalgia factor alone? There's thought that goes into it, fan service and a lot for both the casuals and the fanboys to eat up. Why they can't give us something that epic? Completely beyond me.
