Hm... the first part is really gruesome. the last part is ok for me but nothing i didn't see before :) I think the last doesn't fit Quan Chi. QC can control the mind of an Opponent but he doesn't have the power of telekinetic. It would fit more Ermac, than him.

....but did I hear the announcer say "Shinnok" when the fatality was done? O.o;
EDIT: Upon listening to it again an hour later, I hear the guy squealing "Shii-hiiit!" coinciding with some other sound (possibly the sword disappearing). I misheard him as squealing "Heeeheeee!"

Another down the middle fatality but I do like this one for creativity.

Really gruesome! I really like it. I like how NRS are using the camera to highlight and make the fatality more of an event this time round.

I really like the first part! That is awesome. I don't care too much for the second part, i don't think it fits Quan Chi.

I think it would have been more brutal to see the blade twist horizontal, and then do a spin to basically cut off the top part of the head. But that's just me.

I kinda expected this is what the full fatality looked like, and I love it!

It surely fits him as he can control whatever he wants. It doesn't have anything to do with Telekinesis.

I love it. I thought the lift part was meh, but the meh turned into an "O_o" when he dropped him right back down "dead nuts" first.

I wish the camera didn't pan away so quick from when the sword exits out the back. Y'know?

I thought the Fatality was just the opponent gargling the sword and then falling down face first. But I'm glad it wasn't anything close to what I expected.

What would have also fit Quan Chi, was to have the blade disappear once it came out the back of the opponent's head, then have the body slump to the ground, only to have Quan Chi's magic raise the body again as one of the sorceror's undead minions. It's a nod to the scene where Raiden went to the Netherrealm to ask Quan Chi for his help in MK9.

They go from the cool sword in the mouth to a bland split-down-the-middle. Maybe I'm missing something here but, so..?

We've already had Ferra-Torr's split down the middle fatality. Bet we end up with 6 or 7 of them again.

Perhaps they will make up for it with a unique x-ray which shows a spine being snapped... --___--

What I thought what it'd turn out to be...

When the sword entered the mouth, I thought the opponents head was going to tilt back and swallow it. Then Quan would do a magical slice up in the inside then rip the sword through the upper torso. Rib cage would expand and guts/gore and organs would have came out.

The lifting part I didn't expect, but I seriously could see the sword splitting them down the middle from when inside the mouth. This works just as good.

My hope for Quan Chi's second FATALITY

Quan Chi pushes his opponent throw a portal to hell knocking them on there back then he summons his hell beast that rares up and stomps there head in. there will be a pop and sloshing sound.

What do you think?
