Well, it all depends on whether or not the Dragon King is defeated at the end of MKD. In Sindel's MKD ending, Reptile's body returns to his ninja form when Onaga is defeated so I guess we'll have to wait and see how everything turned out.

Usually the boss is dead in the next game, so there is a great chance Reptile will return. Whether or not he reclaims a human appearance by finding the Raptor Matriarch, who must be Khameleon, he would probably be wrecked from having his body size increased three times larger... He looked pretty dead in Sindel's Ending, though...

We will definatley see more of Reptile in the future no doubt. If Ed Boon has any sense, Reptile will be included in the future games because he is such a popular character.

My best assumption on Reptile being in MK7's roster depends on Onaga's fate at the end of Deception. It's a 50/50 chance that we will see Reptile in MK7 I guess.

Reptile is in Konquest mode but he just says go away.

Hm, It is just my personal opinion that reptile will miss MK7 because Onaga is not a one time boss. (YAY)



Since reptile just had one appearance, Konquest gives us a clue that reptile maybe doesnt want to interact in the next mortal kombat. If he sais go away, maybe thats a small clue.

I just looked at Sindels ending on MKD and it show reptile after onaga leapt out of his body. He has green glowing over him and looks to be alive. I also noticed that his skin looked human again ! So if Sindel's ending is Canon I believe that we will see Reptile in MK7 for sure.

P.S. - Its prolly a 25% probability this ending is canon.

grr...reptile isnt dead, he was possesed by onaga spirt..in a way. He did look human after sindels ending, I didnt see a tail or spiky back or anything. I think he should look like mk4 or mk:shoalin monks.

Reptile is dead because he doesn't have a body if his soul returning, because his body is dead (Shujinko destroys Onaga) and Havik took the heart (Onaga's Heart). And, if the Sindel's Ending happened (most likely not), Reptile can't revive because he's dead (his soul isn't in his body, any human body can contains two souls...), and most likely don't change his form (not changed in the other Onaga's dead endings...)

I repeat, Reptile is dead, sadly but true...

His MKDA look is the better look of all the saga... MK4 & MK: SM are good looks, and his 2D look is simply plain & boring...
