Capcom's had lots of troubles for years though. Of course they're going to do everything they can to cater to the fanbase and make them happy. They're only doing it cause they don't really have a choice. If they don't, they risk having a failure on their hands and being in even more shit than before.

As has already been said, you can't really compare the two. The only thing you can compare is the presentation and it could very well be that SFV's is better than MKX's. It's a matter of wait and see. Ono is making some serious promises concerning the story, though.

Not to mention it's all about personal taste and opinions......like for example I'm not too fond of SF IV and V's art style. Ryu's big hobbit feet annoy the fuck out of me as does their very cartoon-ish looking presentation.

i rage at NRS coz I love the lore and the franchise and I get tired of watching them consistently fuck it up...I hadnt been so hyped for an mk since mk2.....when i saw mkx was coming....and my hype just kept growing with the comic...thinkin we would be in for a similar experience....WRONG

then once the roster was leaked...All hype died...and I spent like a month on the game...the was just nothing to keep me playing...the lack of stages, the lack of good characters....the horrid online....

I'll wait to I see this story mode before giving out the handies.

Do you know that Capcom is making a 'cinematic' story mode just to cope (and copy from) MK X Story Mode?

The story of both MK 9 and X were highly praised by critics and audience.

The only complains I've read so far come from MK fan communities.


So it is not like people likes to bash at you just because we are lobotomized monkeys, but because your respectable opinion is in minority and, quite frankly, expressed in such an annoying way....

We got Street Fighter V in work today. Completed Chun Lis arcade ladder. 4 fights, 1 round each. Story mode seems very far away now.

Am starting to enjoy the game now, quite different from SFIV but getting the hand of things.
