Sigh, I doubt Boon will end up seeing this sadly. It's barely getting any retweets and he gets tons and tons by the second.

Pretty irritating that the dumbest tweets to him get through "OMGZ? WILL KID THUNDER FROM MK9 MAKE IT IN MKX AND BE AN ADULT??!!!1" but substantial ones get lost.

You're right. the roster probably is already finalized. Especially if they've already done voice over work for story mode.

Well there's always DLC. This poll would be a good reference for them on who to narrow the choices down to if they allow fan voted DLC like they did with Injustice.

I have a feeling they'll really be accommodating to fans when it comes to the DLC characters, especially if this game does cut a lot of favorites and potentials. I hope we get at least 6 DLC characters. But what I would do is-

If the game hits shelves April- I'd have a batch of four DLC characters released throughout the summer, from June-September. And then I'll have a "winter batch" with another four DLC fighters that would release from December-March.

I still think they should've released four more in the winter for MK9.

April? Is the game going to be totally ready for release less than 12 months from now?
Also, asking fans to pay to download eight characters after already forking over for the game would probably be ill-advised.
