It was just a cutscene from chapter 2, when Mileena is attacking Kotal. Tanya and Rain are helping, and it appears Mileena sends Tanya below to attack Kotal. She and Kotal face off, with her wielding her tonfas. It cuts to gameplay, and it appears she doesn't actually use them in battle. Well, at least until she's DLC.

Kotal is chapter 2. Fights Kano, Tanya, Rain, Mileena. Just beat Mileena. Chapter 3 probably starting soon.
