I want there to be more backgrounds in story mode than just the arenas. MK9 was cool, but I was to see more settings than just the arenas that we fight in. Let's see more environments and locations other than the arenas from arcade mode.

Im actually very excited for this. Stalling time so i can be late to class to watch it. Wish they revealed this before the stream so we could see the new revealed characters in action but oh well speculation is the best part.

Actually, around here, speculation is the worst part.

But my excitement is up. Glad I happened to wake up stupid early (2:30? Why the hell in the fuck did I wake up at 2:30?) to see this.

Lol really? I recently joined the forums because i thought speculation would be the best part because fans have large imaginations. Well i know i have one.

i cant wait! you know everyone will be going through the trailer with a fine tooth comb finding all manner of secrets and hidden bits!

im sure the developers and the trailer producers know thats what the fans look for the most :)

Ya. I guranteee it will be several secrets to try to decode and figure out that will reveal things. Ed trys to get his fans to pay attention to small detail.

Big Bad probably Shinnok... It would be awesome, but i also really want shinnok to be a playable character... Seems that this is not going to happen =/

Still betting on Liu Kang being big bad, but I wouldn't be horribly disappointed if it was Shinnok, Mileena or someone else entirely. Just as long as it's not Shao Kahn again.

Liu being the final boss just seems like a natural progression after MK9, with this darker Kitana as like his Champion and a conflicted Kung Lao by his side. Some kind of good guy civil war breaking out with Liu, Kitana and Lao on one side and Raiden, Sonya and Cage on the other.

That would be pretty fucking epic and fit alongside the Outworld Civil War that's also going on in the span of the 25 years. An invasion attempt and two civil wars sounds epic as fuck.
