50. I don't know i've just been getting ideas from here, there, everywhere.

We not gonna get as much as MK9 because of interactables.
At least we get more than Injustice and not look all the same because they didnt have colors.

We dont know,15/20 stages is ok,easy with the threads,you have like 4 on the 1st page now.

FWIW, I would a tad disappointed with 13 stages. I think 18-20 seems about the right sort of number. Hoping a good number of those have stage finishers too.

NRS sure have boners for the original Mk1-Mk2 cast since all but Baraka seem to be in the game.... I would like to see a few returning stages from that erra as well. I liked that about MK9 even though it directly had a reason to include them in story.

Good guesses:
* Special Forces
* Black Dragon
* Lotus temple 2 (Rainy and or red cloudy)
* Outworld streets

That's already 15, possible 16. I am sure there will be at least 3 more: boss stage, Kotal Kahn's palace and another inside stage (temple most likely). Also, despite the direction of a more gritty game, I really hope they at least put in one beautiful outside stage like Shang Tsung's garden in MK9!

There's going to be like 25 or so stages.
MK9 had around 30 stages or so.

Wait...13 stages isn't a lot? Do you want a bunch of filler/pointless bland stages like we got in the last game to ramp the number up for you?

If we have 26 characters that will be 26 stages and if we have 8 DLC characters they may even have their own stages. So that means it could be 34 stages and characters altogether. Just a thought.

We're definitely not getting a stage per character.

This isn't Killer Instinct with all of 36 people working on the game where every character has there own Stage and 16 customizable costume options. This is NRS with 140 people working on the game.....oh wait

I'd actually be fine with 10 stages, if that meant more resources went into expanding the roster

20 stages is good. I want more otherworldly stages. They're more fun than Earth set stages.

I seriously doubt we'll get less than 20 stages because they'll need to feature a variety of fighting stages in story mode.
