GrumpySenpai - as of last night he was ranked 14th. Got a bunch of Kard items and Injustice Scorpion.
If you notice, the top players on the leaderboards are actually not good to try it on - they don't care about the game at all. If you look at their stats, they only play Practice Mode and online mode, and play with just one character. Don't bother with any of them, just look for GrumpySenpai.
Note that this also works if you have a friend on your friend list who plays - just check out his/her profile.
no i don't have any friends on my ps4 there's no point cause i don't have the psn plus or whatever its called so i can't really play online with people.
it was why i was asking on this and another MK site if people were able to help me with the KoH skins but people think i'd be a jerk and ruin the wbplay account or i can't be helped cause those skins wouldnt unlock to me apparently
