LOL no, one you can look at her right shoulder and the design is different,two, the character behind the fence is white, not yellow skinned, and three, they have hair(purplish)

Alright so now that I'm home and pulled the image up on my computer. I still do not think it D'Vorah, and I will tell you why that is.

A). D'Vorah has very distinct facial markings including the color of her lips, and the markings on the side of her mouth. The hooded figure behind the fence has none of those features....except a possible marking on their right eye.

B). D'Vorah has a very distinct skin color, and the hooded figure honestly appears caucasian.

C). If this was indeed D'Vorah in her Venomous variation then you would actually see the venom dripping from the neck area.

D). D'Vorah is bald, and the hooded figure looks like they possibly have long hair.

It's definitely female, it's definitely human.. but yeah I can see the black hair. (We are talking about the hooded one on the right)

I don't really care if it is her or not anymore. I just want to play the game when it comes out and Kung Lao is a good character and I love his designs this time around.

You know, the guy behind the fence on the left has a slight resemblance to Bo Rai Cho, facially speaking. Could it be Ron Tan Cho? Considering RTC is a "crime boss", it would kind of make sense if Special Forces were holding him prisoner...

Could the character on the right be another new character we haven't heard about yet? Maybe a new Black Dragon member?

Dude on the right has GOT to be dark Liu Kang!!! Remember when he got electrocuted by Raiden he got one of his eyes burnt! That's why he's got one eye covered! He also is dressed in dark because he goes evil because he is mad at raiden, and they gave him the hoodie from Legacy! I'm a genius!
