Went round to my mates when I was about 6 and he was playing this game I'd never heard of (Mortal Kombat). I didnt know what it was and had never really played any sort of game before. I played it and forgot about it (cause he lost it shortly after I beleive). Then a year or two later I went around to another mates and they had MK1 on their SNES. I remembered it and started playing. Until I got a Playstation, I always had to go round to my mates places to play some MK. Then I got a Playstation and found out there was this game called MK Trilogy where you could actually play as the bosses. I've been playing MK ever since

God the first MK game I played was 3 and I was just a little kid and my older cousin wanted to show me a cool fighting game, so I was down for it. The blood didnt bother me and I thought the characters were so cool and then he played the ultimate prank on me.............

Me being a little kid I didnt know what MK really had in it and I played a versus match with him and he beat me and I thought it was over with until the screen got dark and blood and limbs were laying on the ground. Lets just say I ran out the room screaming HAHAHAHA.

But as I got older it didnt bother me anymore and I've been hooked ever since.

First memory of Mk was johnny cages nut punch and thinking it was hilarious. I was 6 when that game first came out and its the first of many games I can rember my older brothers and I cracking out on.

MK:2 for Super Nintendo is as far as my memory goes back.
