Will we ever get an unbroken MK game? Guess broken MK's wasn't Midway's problem. It's something within the MK team

Crying? Don't play it=Remedy. And you already had TWO MK games that we're unbroken.

And UMK3 is tourney-worthy.

Also, this is completely in the wrong forum.

For the record, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 is by far one of the greatest fighting games ever created.

It was tastefully done, even with the palette swaps. Ever wondered why that particular game is constantly remade for other platforms?

Also, like TheClique said, both MK1 and MK2 are unbroken.

One more thing, if Mortal Kombat is flawed that much, stop playing it. In all honesty, the fact that you would make such a statement is quite offensive to me. Despite all the ups and downs MK has seen throughout the years, I have remained loyal not only to the games, but to the MKTeam, for despite the errors, they make kick ass games, which is why the franchise has been around for nearly 20 years.

Oh, and by the way, when we mentioned Midway, we were directing it to the MKTeam, obviously.

I suggest you find another franchise to cling to, because this one is obviously not for you.

Mortal Kombat II - Universal Corner Jab Infinites

It ain't broken if the entire cast has access to it.

Though, MK1 has no excuse. Sonya shuts down the entire cast.

Riyakou well said!

Seriously this is a MK fan site and we have people bashing MK. If you have to complain about a series of games then do it on gamespot or gametrailers. Don't come on an MK fan site and try to tell us our favorite games are broken.

No, they are both broken as the videos show and the fact you don't want to see the proof doesn't stop the proof being there. That's a wilfully ignorant fan boy mentality.

Again with the same reality denial. It's only 'considered' by the people who consider it. Which isn't many, in the great scheme of things compared to Street Fighter for example.

Actually all game outlets and sites and ALL fighting fans who don't even like MK will said UMK 3 is one of the greatest fighting games alive. So YET again I state "if you don't understand that then it's your issue" UMK 3 brought many things to the table :Run Button,Tournament Atmosphere,Fresh fighting and mechanics! Full roster! So yeah UMK 3 defined a generation of gamers! So thanks but no thanks your opinion is flawed!

Say what you want about UMK3, but its more balance and less broken than the highly overrated Marvel Vs Capcom series

Someone here is not a blind fan boy.

Posting here has become impossible. Maybe I should change my post to "OMG JAX LOOkS S0 C0oL!!!!!!!"

And for the last time - I love MK, playing since 1992. And I really really really wanna play it and enjoy it competitively, without infinites.

Is that a joke?

As far as it goes - all fighting games have some broken stuff. However in case of MK it's more actual.
And considering games in your favorite series "broken" is not "whining", "bitching" or something like that, unlike some individuals claim. It's realistic take on on the things.
Fanboyish approach is basically "eat everything you've given" - it doesn't help to improve games. Pointing out mistakes - is the way to make developers make games better and less broken.

All of my MK games are unbroken. They all still work fine.

Besides the whole argument on UMK3 being the best MK ever made is dumb. Everbody knows MK Specials Forces is the best game ever made! And also... This is the wrong forum...

As one of the developers for Marvel vs Capcom and Street Fighter said "Fighting games are supposed to be broken."

There is no fighting game out there that is not broken.

No... they aren't, if that quote is even real, its the developer trying to defend dodgy game design. If the genre wants to survive the devs need to get their heads out of their asses and fix shit as problems appear
