It's called "Red, Red, Red", and while it mostly just fits her instrumentally, the lyrics can apply to Mileena if she were ever put in a certain situation... That situation being "Mileena falls in love, Mileena wants to eat him, he doesn't like that so he's mean to Mileena, Mileena doesn't understand it... So Mileena tries and fails to figure out what to do."

My choices might feel a little odd for some people, but, I personally don't "feel" that most songs or music that people choose for characters actually fits the characters...at all.

Some of that heavy death-rock or goth songs, etc, feel way off, imo.

That's why I go more for instrumental themes and movie soundtracks.

I can easily picture "Evita's Requiem" for Raiden's death.

I can hear Kitana's or Sindel's sadness in the Lion King's "This land'".

I can feel Ariel's stolen voice from the Little Mermaid during a sad memory involving Sonya VS Kano or allies like Johnny and Sonya.

etc.

I know it might not make much sense to some, but, if you are open minded and have heard beautiful scores from theater or movies, than, you would know exactly how these kind of tracks actually feel more like the characters than some of the other more popular (and ironically less known) choices.

Clearly it's hard to find a song with lyrics that can totally match a character. I selected this one because it has to do with love, being heartbroken, sad, etc.

I think with all the bad things that happened to Kitana, she may not feel like a princess because her life is not the typical princess life.
