This song choice is triggered more by a fan-intepretation of the character, portraying her in a more tragic light, as someone who regrets screwing Edenia, and herself, over so badly.

I feel this song captures how it would play out if she were to return to Edenia during it's fall at the hands of Shinnok, seeing her former homeland in ruins.

The lyrics don't fit at all, but the dark, ominous feeling, coming with the sound of slicing prevalent all the way through, have always made Pig's Blades remind me of Baraka (though he's not my favorite character by any means).

Well Sub-Zero is my favorite and honestly I think of all of the loss that always happens to him, and he always manages to somehow overcome.

I guess for Liu Kang, the most apt song is LMFAO's Sexy And I Know It. I really do not know why but there is something about him that is just nice.

Probably that is the Bruce Lee-esque character he portrays or just his general feel he exudes while being controlled.

There's a song on Madonna's newest album called 'She's Not Me' and ever since i first heard it i thought of the difficult relationship between Kitana & Mileena; one being the original, the other trying to copy her, pretending to be her (during the MKD timeline), and Kitana resenting this faux 'sister' by proving that she is best (MKG ending).

It's really hard to have one song for each of my fav characters since i'm about many kind of metal but here we go.

Raiden, Nightwolf, Shang Tsung are Power/Battle metal.
Scorpion, Baraka, Quan Chi are Death metal/Deathcore
Nitara and possibly Sareena are Gothic/Symphonic, Nitara probably fits as much in the Black metal/Symphonic black metal which is probably my favorite type of agressive or ambiant music.
