I have posted similar thoughts before. Noob Saibot is arguably the greatest mk warrior based on who he has defeated. I have said before that if he hadn't been killed by Scorpion after the 3rd try in the original mk tournament he would have won and become the mk champion.

That would be a nice little journey across the series for Noob. Going from an ice ninja all the way to a god. He should get back some ice powers with his god status along with his usual Noob moves so he's not like a bigger, more powerful Sub-Zero.

I think the reason Noob is down played is because of his status as ninja. The ninja characters have always sorta been Batman-esque characters, their involvement broadens the story and ensures more viewers due to their popularity. But hey, who knows maybe Noob Saibot will get some kinda power upgrade and be MK 9's final boss.

Noob a god? Noob was the original Sub-Zero and changed into a wrath. I can't think how he could be god after all he died, and he's definitely is bad ass.

i would like to see noob saibot and scorpions paths cross in the future. that would be sweet. dont know how they would do it though

Yeah your right that would be cool, but it should have been done already since Noob is a wrath and has no desire to leave the Netherealm and Scorpion has been banished there so many times I can't even count.
