Shao Kahn is easy full stop in MK:A.

I can beat Blaze with Tanya, Ashrah and Jade and they "are grls"

Sareena is the top tier character in MK:A, she's "a girl"

And as for your question the strongest boss I think is Onaga. And yes I can beat him with women too.

Shao Kahn, he is "the boss of bosses" as John Vogel put it. Also he has the best allies, Motaro, Goro, Kintaro, maybe Shang Tsung depending on the time frame of the battle.

I personaly think shinnok if he still had his amulet!

I'm a fan of Shao Kahn, but logically, I think Blaze would take the cake as being the Elder God's ultimate weapon to end all things.

I still would say that Shao Kahn is the most bad-ass villain in the MK universe as he still remains being the ONLY boss to talk shit to you while you're fighting him!!!...hahaha

I think shang tsung could use more of the spotlight. Shao kahn has been the boss of i dunno how many freaking games and reiterations (mk2, mk3, umk3, mkt)

i'm just tired of seeing that guy.

i also like the idea of having a more humanistic boss character, one that isn't like 3 sizes too big like kahn was in mk3. i also like shang's story line better, kahns seemed a bit stale

If Raiden AND the deadly alliance couldnt kill onaga, or even phase him really. I am sorry but Onaga wins. this is a boss that if pretty much feared by shao kahn.

even in shao kahns ending. he needs goro's help to defeat onaga. this shows the developers hold him in a higher state of strength.

Quan Chi and Shang Tsung combined can take out Raiden and a simulacrum of Shao Kahn. Raiden and the Deady Alliance could not phase Onaga. Onaga was killed by Kahn through poison....

I am sensing a pattern here....

I would say Shao Kahn is the mightiest of them all, I like to think of him as a really evil version of Alexander the Great. Not only does he possesss brute strength, but he is also capable of very powerful dark arts and is a master stradegist and deciever.

Onaga is essentially an essense more like a spirit that posesses a host due to sorcery and what not I don't feel like these are natural abilities so therefore Shao Kahn in my book got him by a few inches.

As for Shang Tsung and Quan Chi, these men are some of the dirtiest fighters you'll ever come across in Mortal Kombat and are so decieving and cunning but I always saw them lacking in the physical department when compared to the likes of Shao Kahn, Goro, Shinnok, Onaga, and the rest of the boss and sub boss categories.

Shao Khan(or Kahn).

The duet of the sorcerers was to me the most exotic and original idea for a boss in all MK, but I think I'd still have to go with Onaga and the fact that even Shao Kahn is a fearful shitbag when having to face him.

The way how Shang Tsung kicked Kahn's ass in MKA intro made me have a whole new view on Tsung, though.
