I think they are all interesting, but what hurts each of them is that bo rai cho is a bit of a slob (maybe sorta I failed mentor as well), kira is a cross of 2 kharacters, and motaro's minotaur (2 legs only) looks weak in Arm.

smoke could have been higher, although most seemed to prefer him as a ninja than cyborg
nitara is interesting but not a lot is known about her
mokap was fun to play as but still a "lamer" kharacter

thoughts:
drahmin was kinda fun in DA, but still more like a "generic" monster
blaze was good as Arm. main boss, but not as memorable as bosses goes
li mei was fun in DA/Dec., although not as memorable as far as the females go either
jax is not one of my favs(nor least), but he is at least important in the series
nghtwolf was one of my favs in mk3, not so much in Dec/Arm, and they never seem to focus too much on him either

thoughts:
scorpion is extremely underrated imo, I guess its the haters/people tired of him that made the difference here
on the flip side dairou is way overrated, I found him to be the lamest of the order realm kharacters and doesnt really have any lasting value
kai is moderately overrrated but not as much as dairou, I believe he has potiental but I was not impressed in mk4 nor Arm.
reiko & sindel may be in the right places, both are important/memorable while neither could be considered among "the best"

thoughts:
moloch may be a bit overrated, not as standoutish as a boss but you can do fairly well playing as him in Arm.

mavado is overrated as well, the hooks and ropes are handy but I found the whole red dragon plot lame(as with all the gangs besides lin kuei) and I found it hard to believe him beating jax, kabal, and kenshi fairly easily

hotaru was an interesting addiction and a good fighter, although a would not rank him this high

ill let sareena stay were is she, she has ties with subzero/noob saibot and quan chi and she is the "hot goth chick" of mk

johnny cage seemed a little lower than I expected, although he always seems to be more of a comedy kharacter than a serious fighter

thoughts:
im surpised kintaro was ranked so high, but he is one of the more recognizable bosses and may be one of the hardest bosses in all fighting games

fujin seems overrated to me, he is a cool kharacter but has not done much since mk4 (also shouldnt he be involved in the "evil raiden" plot?)

baraka is fine where he is, as one of my favs in mk2 but has gotten weaker in the newer games (and is always someones lachey which hurts a little)

noob saibot could have been in the top 10, he is a good kharacter to play as (I was almost unbeatable as him in mkT) and later revealed to be an important subplot to subzero and possibly scorpion

quan chi is fine where he is as well, he is an important kharacter, seems powerful, and always seems tied in with the main plot (since mk4), the only things that bothered me were that ridiculous DA fatality and him beating shang tsung so easily in the Dec. intro

thoughts:
kabal is a little overrated, he is cool but I prefer him as an independent "good guy" than him trying to start up the black dragon yet again (see a pattern)

shao kahn could have been in the top 10 since he is "the main villian", kahn is also deadly to fight as and against

mileena also could have made the top 10, not only does she have to killer moves but she is remembered for a "couple" of reasons

im surpised liu kang was ranked so high, he was never one of my favs but you cant deny the fact that he is important for the series and the "main hero" of mk

reptile I guess is fine where he is, always seems to be involved since the beginning but like baraka he is another "lachey-man" (also prefer him in human form than devolved lizard-like form as most do)
