there is no MK with out Scorpion or Subzero.
those 2 are like te party starters.
Scorpion was(&still is) one of my fav charakter,
& Subzero is the fav charakter of my best friend,

bud unfortunately those two are enemy's...

bud i alway's love to see those to togheter as friends

Well i don't know why but i love Scorpions storyline and his gameplay.

I love sub-zero just as much though.

Again, i'm going with scorpion for the gameplay sub-zero for teh storyline.

same,i still enjoy his story. he's a great character to fight with. its tough because i personally think they equal eachother out, wo strong warriors, who use two of the four elements. and strong elements at that, they both come in good use for certain situations. who knows about a battle situation.

I perfer Scorpion too he is awesome and i massacre with him.

Even I perfer about 80 percent of the entire MK roster to both of them...

If you asked me back in 2000, I would've said Sub-Zero. But with the whole dragon medallion and Sub-Zero becoming old, and starting to lead the new Lin Kuei, he kind of lost some of the appeal to me. I liked him better as a young, rogue warrior on the run from the Lin Kuei. So looking at the big picture, as far as the entire MK Game storyline stretches, by the end of Armageddon, Scorpion was my favorite.

Scorpion.

Sub-Zero for me. I like him becoming the Grand Master of the Lin Kuei. And his mastery over cold always appealed to me more than Scorpion's Spear and fire type moves. However, I do like Scorpion very much. It's a very satisfying feeling to impale my opponent with his spear and hear him yell "GET OVER HERE!" as my opponent helplessly gets dragged toward me.

Scorpion. One of, if not, my top favorite.

Love them both so much but if I have to choose, I like Sub Zero slightly better. Especially the older brother now Noob Saibot.

Sub Zero could kick Scorpions ass all day.

I wish people would include Reptile in this timeless debate sometimes. I can't help but look back to the MK 2 days, when they appeared to all look like the 3 ninjas.


Retile being the best since he was on top of the select screen, Sub-Zero being the second best, and Scorpion being the third best since he was on the bottom of the screen, except I looked at them all being very skilled. As if they way more of an advantage in MK 2. I know it's a stupid theory to make up as a kid, but giving the three different story modes doesn't really change the fact on how similar they were. How easy it is to assume Reptile and Sub-Zero are mistaken for ninja. Reptile's moves were not as appealing as Sub Zero's or Scorpions moves back in the day, but I bet he does damage online today. lol. With a skilled user ofcourse.

Fine, if it's just Scorpion v.s. Sub Zero, Sub Zero could win, because I prefer his moves. It's like some type of endless tie to be honest. Scorpion has it in him to kill Sub Zero too.
